Abstract
Description
本発明の一態様に係るパネルユニットにおいて、前記接続体は、前記空間内の磁場を変化させることで、前記可動端が前記空間内で変位するように、全部又は一部が磁性体で形成されることが好ましい。
図1Aと図1Bには、実施形態1のパネルユニットを、概略的に示している。本実施形態のパネルユニットでは、第一パネル1と第二パネル2との間に、仕切り部3で密閉された空間S1を形成している。空間S1内に設けた切替機構4が、電気エネルギーにより動作することで、本実施形態のパネルユニットの熱伝導率が切り替えられる。
つまり、(式1)の関係を満たせば、第一状態のときに高い断熱性を有するパネルユニットを、薄型に形成することが容易となる。換言すれば、第一状態と第二状態とで熱伝導率を大きく変化させることのできるパネルユニットを、薄型に形成することができる。
図2Aと図2Bには、実施形態2のパネルユニットを、概略的に示している。
図3Aと図3Bには、実施形態3のパネルユニットの要部を、概略的に示している。
図4Aと図4Bには、実施形態4のパネルユニットの要部を、概略的に示している。
図5Aと図5Bには、実施形態5のパネルユニットの要部を、概略的に示している。
図6Aと図6Bには、実施形態6のパネルユニットを、概略的に示している。
図7Aと図7Bには、実施形態7のパネルユニットを、概略的に示している。
図8A、図8B及び図8Cには、実施形態1乃至7のパネルユニットを利用可能な技術を、概略的に示している。各図に示すパネル6は、実施形態1乃至7のいずれかのパネルユニットを用いて熱伝導率可変に構成されたパネルである。
以上、添付図面に基づいて説明したように、実施形態1乃至7のパネルユニットは、第一パネル1と、第二パネル2と、仕切り部3と、切替機構4とを具備する。第二パネル2は、空間S1を介して第一パネル1に対向する。仕切り部3は、第一パネル1と第二パネル2の間に位置し、空間S1を周囲の他の空間から仕切る。切替機構4は、空間S1に位置し、第一パネル1と第二パネル2の間の熱伝導率を切り替えることができる。
Claims (3)
- 第一パネルと、
空間を介して前記第一パネルに対向する第二パネルと、
前記第一パネルと前記第二パネルの間に位置し、前記空間を周囲の他の空間から仕切る仕切り部と、
前記空間に位置し、前記第一パネルと前記第二パネルの間の熱伝導率を切り替えることができる切替機構と、を具備し、
前記切替機構は、熱伝導性を有する接続体を少なくとも一つ備え、前記接続体が前記第一パネル又は前記第二パネルに非接触である第一状態と、前記接続体が前記第一パネルと前記第二パネルの両方に熱伝導可能に接触する第二状態との間で、切替自在であり、
前記空間は、減圧されるか又は断熱性の気体が充填された断熱空間であり、
前記接続体は、前記第一パネルと前記第二パネルの一方に固定された固定端と、前記第一パネルと前記第二パネルのいずれにも固定されない可動端とを備え、
前記可動端は、前記接続体に与える熱エネルギーを変化させることで、前記空間内で変位するように構成され、
前記切替機構は、前記接続体が前記第一パネルにだけ熱伝導可能に接触する前記第一状態と、前記接続体が前記第一パネルと前記第二パネルの両方に熱伝導可能に接触する前記第二状態との間で、切替自在である、
パネルユニット。 - 前記空間は、減圧された断熱空間であり、
前記空間内の気体の平均自由行程λと、前記第一パネルと前記第二パネルの間の距離Dとが、λ/D>0.3の関係にある、
請求項1に記載のパネルユニット。 - 前記接続体は、前記可動端が前記空間内で変位するようにバイメタルで形成された、
