Description

The present invention relates to a waterproof pan for a washing machine provided with a pipe connection port for connecting a washing machine drain pipe for discharging waste water from the washing machine to a downstream pipe.

Conventionally, when a washing machine is arranged, a method using a waterproof pan for a washing machine provided with a pipe connection port for connecting a pipe from the washing machine to a downstream pipe is known.
The waterproof pan for a washing machine described in Patent Document 1 includes a bottom wall portion provided with a drain trap, a side wall portion provided around the bottom wall portion, and a pedestal portion provided at four corners of the bottom wall portion. . By installing this washing machine waterproof pan on the floor, placing the legs of the washing machine on the pedestal part, and connecting the pipe from the washing machine to the pipe connection port provided in the drain trap, The pipe from the washing machine is configured to be connected to the pipe on the back side of the bottom wall of the waterproof pan for the washing machine. That is, the pipe connection port is provided so as to penetrate the front side and the back side of the waterproof pan for a washing machine.
In the conventional example described in Patent Document 1, an opening that penetrates the front and back sides of the waterproof pan for washing machine is provided in the bottom wall portion of the waterproof pan for washing machine, and a drain trap is connected to the opening. By providing the pipe connection port in the trap, the pipe from the washing machine is connected to the pipe on the back side of the bottom wall portion of the waterproof pan for the washing machine.

A waterproof pan for a washing machine described in Patent Document 2 is a waterproof pan that connects a pipe of a washing machine to a downstream pipe and receives water leakage at a connection location, and has a bottom provided with a drain trap. It consists of a wall part and a side wall part provided around the bottom wall part. In this waterproof pan for a washing machine, the lower end of the bottom wall portion is below the lower end of the connected drain trap, and for this reason, the drain trap is installed on the floor surface. The piping on the downstream side from the connection port is also configured to be arranged on the floor surface.
When performing the renovation or the like, if it is attempted to change the arrangement of the washing machine before the renovation, the underfloor washing machine drainage pipe may become unavailable, or a large-scale construction may be required to redo the underfloor pipe. However, the waterproof pan for a washing machine described in Patent Document 2 has a configuration in which a waterproof pan for a washing machine and a pipe downstream from the pipe connection port are arranged on the floor surface, and the washing machine is placed. Therefore, when renovating, the washing machine is placed in any position not related to the underfloor piping, and the waterproof pan for the washing machine and the downstream piping are also connected to the washing machine and the underfloor piping. It can be placed at any unrelated position.

The conventional waterproof pan for a washing machine as described above has the following problems.
As described above, when a waterproof pan for a rinsing machine is newly arranged by renovation, as in the case of the waterproof pan for a washing machine of Patent Document 2, if a pipe downstream from the pipe connection port is arranged on the floor surface, furniture is obtained. Since piping is an obstacle to the installation of equipment and equipment, there is a desire to install it using underfloor piping if possible.
Even if it is difficult to re-install the drainage pipe under the floor at the time of renovation, a new opening is provided in the floor, and drainage is made from the existing underfloor drainage pipe using a cheese pipe or an elbow pipe. If the work is simply to connect the pipe and place it at any position, such as branching the pipe and placing the end of the pipe at the position of the new opening on the floor, it can be done relatively easily .
7 and 8 show an example of the underfloor piping at the time of such reforming. FIG. 7 is a reference diagram for explaining the underfloor piping before reforming, and FIG. 8 is a reference diagram for explaining the underfloor piping after reforming.
The existing pipe EP1 is a pipe that does not change before and after the renovation, such as a gas pipe or a hot water supply pipe. As for the drainage pipe, the part shown as the existing drainage pipe EP2 is a drainage main pipe and a pipe in the vicinity thereof, and is a drainage pipe that is used as it is before and after reforming. In FIGS. 7 and 8, the drainage main pipes of the existing pipe EP1 and the existing drainage pipe EP2 are obtained by viewing the pipes in the axial direction.
Moreover, in the case of this FIG. 7, FIG. 8, about the edge part for connection of the underfloor piping provided in a floor surface, the position after renovation changes an installation position to the left side of drawing rather than before renovation.
As described above, in addition to drainage pipes, existing pipes EP1 such as water supply pipes, city gas pipes, and other equipment pipes are often already piped under the floor. When branching the drainage pipe, it is necessary to perform construction so that the branched drainage pipe does not interfere with these existing pipes EP1.
However, because drainage pipes normally drain using a gradient, when construction is performed avoiding other existing pipes as described above, the newly constructed drainage pipe part passes through the lower side of the other pipes. If it is constructed so as to detour, there is a risk that it will have a reverse gradient. For example, in the case of the underfloor piping of FIG. 8, if the existing drainage pipe EP2 is extended in the horizontal direction as it is, as shown by the dotted line, it interferes with the existing pipe EP1 and cannot be constructed or has a reverse gradient. .
That is, as described above, it is relatively easy to pipe a drain pipe that is newly branched from an existing drain pipe in terms of technology and work, but while bypassing other existing pipes arranged under the floor. In addition, there is a problem that it is extremely difficult to construct a piping layout that ensures a drainage gradient.
In order to ensure the drainage gradient, if the drainage pipe part to be newly constructed can be constructed so as to bypass the upper side of other pipes like the underfloor pipe shown in FIG. 8, the above problem of reverse slope can be solved, For this purpose, it is necessary that the end portion of the underfloor space of the drainage pipe to be newly constructed is oriented in a substantially horizontal direction at a high position as close as possible to the back side of the floor surface.
However, as in the waterproof pan for a washing machine described in Patent Document 1, an opening in the bottom wall is provided in the waterproof pan for a washing machine having an opening in the bottom wall and a drain trap or an elbow pipe fixed to the opening. A fixing mechanism such as a screw for fixing the drain trap and the elbow pipe and an adhesive margin for bonding are arranged, and the pipe body must be formed into a straight shape in these mechanism portions.
And the bottom wall part of the waterproof pan for washing machines and the opening of a floor surface are arrange | positioned so that it may become the substantially same height position.
In other words, in the vicinity of the opening on the floor surface, a fixing mechanism for attaching the drain trap or elbow pipe to the waterproof pan for the washing machine and an adhesive margin are arranged, and the pipe must be straight in the vertical direction, near the back side of the floor surface. It is difficult to bend the pipe at a high position so that it is substantially horizontal.
Also, when connecting pipes, pipes including drain traps are placed under the floor, so it is difficult to work while visually observing the pipes during construction, and construction of waterproof pans for washing machines tends to be difficult. It was.
In addition, there are the following problems even when performing on-floor piping during renovation.
In the case of a new construction that can adjust not only the drainage piping but also the piping layout of the underfloor piping such as gas piping from the design stage, the underfloor piping is performed, and the floor piping is rarely adopted. In other words, the piping on the floor is a piping layout that is adopted only in the case of renovation, but the number of renovations is not as large as in the new construction, so the waterproof pan for the washing machine for the floor piping, which is a waterproof pan for the renovation dedicated washing machine, is produced. The number was small, and it was difficult to reduce the cost by mass production.
The present invention has been invented in view of the above problems, and can extend a pipe in the horizontal direction from the vicinity of the opening on the floor surface where the waterproof pan for a washing machine is installed, and the height of the extension in the horizontal direction. The present invention provides a waterproof pan for a washing machine that can be adjusted in position, can be visually checked for piping connection during construction, and can be made cheaper for a waterproof pan for a washing machine that supports floor piping.

The waterproof pan for a washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a backflow prevention valve 10d for preventing backflow into the waterproof pan 1 for a machine.

The present invention according to claim 6 is a waterproof pan for a washing machine for treating drainage of the washing machine S,
A bottom wall 2, a side wall 3 provided around the bottom wall 2, a vertical pipe FP extending from the underfloor pipe onto the floor surface F, and a washing machine drain pipe that is a pipe from the washing machine S 11 is connected to the vertical pipe FP in the space on the back side of the waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine, and is a waterproof pan for a washing machine.

In this invention of Claim 1, a drainage trap and an elbow pipe are fixed to a position higher than a bottom wall part by providing a pipe connection part in a position higher than the bottom wall part of the waterproof pan for washing machines. It is possible to dispose a fixing mechanism such as a screw or a bonding margin for bonding. For this reason, piping from the drainage connection port in the vicinity of the back surface of the bottom wall of the waterproof pan for washing machine and the opening of the floor surface in the vicinity thereof (hereinafter referred to as the downstream side of the drainage connection port of the waterproof pan for washing machine) It is possible to bend the pipe in the horizontal direction, and it is easy to construct the pan drain pipe so that it bypasses the other pipe.
In the case of the above structure, if the length of the vertical pipe connected to the lower side of the pipe connection part is adjusted, the pipe can be bent in the horizontal direction at an arbitrary height in the underfloor space. It is not always necessary to bend the pipe in the horizontal direction only at a height position near the opening on the floor surface. As mentioned above, it is easier to ensure the slope for drainage by bending the pan drainage pipe in the horizontal direction near the floor opening, but in order to bypass the existing pipe, There is also a case where it is bent in the horizontal direction at the height position. The present invention is not “an invention in which the pan drain pipe is fixed in the vicinity of the floor surface opening and bent horizontally”, but “the pan drain pipe is adjusted to an arbitrary height position including the vicinity of the floor surface opening. An invention that can be bent horizontally.
Further, if the pipe connection portion is at a sufficiently high position with respect to the bottom wall portion, the pan drainage pipe can be bent in the horizontal direction at a position higher than the floor surface on which the waterproof pan for a washing machine is installed. For this reason, after devising so that the waste water collected inside the waterproof pan for washing machines does not leak, as described in claim 2, if the pan drain pipe is extended from the side wall, the pan drain pipe is connected to the floor pipe. It can also correspond to the structure. Thereby, the waterproof pan for washing machines for floor piping can be made inexpensive as much as the waterproof pan for washing machines for floor piping.
In this invention of Claim 3, by providing the pipe cover part which covers bread | pan drainage piping in the inside from the side surface of a connection cylinder part to a side wall part, the hole for making bread | pan drainage piping penetrate in a side wall part is provided. There is no need to provide it. For this reason, even if there is drainage accumulated in the waterproof pan for washing machines, water does not leak outside the waterproof pan for washing machines.
In the present invention according to claim 4, drainage can be efficiently performed using the siphon effect, and in the case of floor piping, a part of the pan drainage pipe is connected to the pipe connection portion using the siphon effect. Even if it is in a higher position, drainage can be performed without any problem.
In this invention of Claim 5, the waste_water | drain collected in the waterproof pan for washing machines can be discharged | emitted without trouble.
In this invention of Claim 6, in the piping connection of underfloor piping and the waterproofing pan for washing machines, the connection with the pan drainage piping of the waterproofing pan for washing machines is connected to the vertical piping protruding on the floor surface. Since the state of the pipe connection can be visually confirmed, the connection can be easily performed as compared with the case where the waterproof pan for the washing machine and the pan drain pipe are connected in the underfloor space.

The floor surface F on which the waterproof pan 1 for the washing machine is installed has the following piping structure.
The floor surface F to be installed is provided with a floor surface opening FO having a size smaller than that of the waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine in a plan view, and a vertical piping made of a PVC material that leads from the floor surface opening FO to the underfloor piping. The FP is provided vertically.
The vertical pipe FP will be described in detail. When the renovation is performed as described above, the waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine is installed at an arbitrary place. It is branched from the existing drainage pipe EP2 under the floor so as to be suspended from the floor. At this time, as shown in FIG. 8, the vertical pipe FP is extended on the floor surface F at the position of the opening, and the existing pipe EP1 such as the existing water supply pipe or gas pipe is bypassed while bypassing the underfloor pipe. In order to ensure the gradient of natural drainage to the main pipe, the pipe is bypassed above the existing pipe EP1. For this reason, the vertical pipe FP has an elbow pipe disposed in the vicinity of the opening FO on the floor surface, and the socket part PS provided at the end of the elbow pipe (when the straight pipe end part to be the vertical pipe FP is accommodated and bonded) The portion to be bonded) reaches the same height as the opening FO on the floor surface or a position above the floor surface. These pipes have already been completed when construction of the waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine described below is started, and each connection portion is connected and fixed in a watertight manner by bonding or the like, if necessary. Has been. The vertical pipe FP is arranged after adjusting its length so as to have an appropriate height for connecting a waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine to be described later.
In addition, although illustration and detailed description etc. are omitted, these pipes are positioned and fixed to the concrete placing surface below the floor surface F with a support tool or the like as necessary, and fixed in the horizontal / vertical directions. Has been.

Below, the construction method of the waterproof pan 1 for washing machines of the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Although not described in detail, in the following construction, the connection locations are connected in a watertight manner using packing or an adhesive as necessary.
First, the cylindrical portion of the connection member 8 is inserted into the upper surface of the flange 4a at the periphery of the attachment port 4b of the waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine, and the lower surface of the flange 8a of the connection member 8 and the upper surface of the flange 4a at the periphery of the attachment port 4b Are arranged so that they abut.
Next, the joint member 9 is disposed on the periphery of the attachment port 4b from the lower side of the waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine, and the male screw of the connection member 8 is screwed into the female screw of the joint member 9, so that the lower surface of the flange portion 8a and the joint member 9 The upper part 4a is clamped with the upper surface, and the connection member 8 and the joint member 9 are connected and fixed to the waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine. By connecting and fixing the connection member 8 and the joint member 9 to the upper end of the connection tube portion 4, the pipe connection portion 5 is formed at the upper end of the connection tube portion 4. As described above, since the connection cylinder portion 4 extends upward from the bottom wall portion 2, the pipe connection portion 5 is provided at a position higher than the bottom wall portion 2.
Next, the valve member insertion portion 10b of the backflow prevention valve member 10 is inserted into the connection portion 8b of the pipe connection portion 5 and connected. Of course, the drain port 10c of the backflow prevention valve member 10 is designed to be lower than the upper end of the side wall portion 3 of the waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine.
Next, after applying an adhesive to one of the inner surface of the receiving portion 9a of the pipe connecting portion 5 and the outer surface of the upper end of the vertical piping FP extending from the opening FO on the floor surface, the vertical piping FP is placed in the receiving portion 9a. The waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine is placed on the floor surface F while inserting the end of. This operation can be easily performed because the position of the vertical pipe FP can be viewed from the lateral direction during installation.
Thereby, the pipe connection part 5 is connected in the space behind the vertical pipe FP extended on the floor surface F from the underfloor pipe and the waterproof pan 1 for the washing machine, and thereafter the downstream side from the vertical pipe FP. The piping becomes a pan drainage piping P.
As shown in FIG. 8, the lower end of the vertical pipe FP extending from the opening FO on the floor surface is at the same height as the opening FO on the floor surface or a height position above the floor surface. In addition, the socket part PS provided at the end of the elbow pipe exists, but as is apparent from FIG. 1, the receiving part 9a into which the vertical pipe FP is inserted in the pipe connection part 5 is the waterproof pan 1 for the washing machine. At the position of the upper end of the connecting cylinder part 4 that is sufficiently higher than the bottom wall part 2, and when the vertical pipe FP and the receiving part 9a are connected, the receiving part 9a and the socket part PS have a sufficient distance in the vertical direction. They do not interfere with each other.
Next, the waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine is fixed to an installation location on the floor surface F using a screw or the like.
Next, the washing machine S is installed at an arbitrary location on the floor surface F. The position of the washing machine S may be above the waterproof pan 1 for the washing machine, or may be on the other floor surface F.
Furthermore, the end part of the elbow member 11b of the washing machine drain pipe 11 of the washing machine S is connected to the valve member connection part 10a of the backflow prevention valve member 10 of the waterproof pan 1 for the washing machine, and the backflow prevention valve member 10 is connected. The piping connection part 5 of the waterproof pan 1 for washing machines and the washing machine drain pipe 11 are connected, and the construction of the waterproof pan 1 for washing machines of this embodiment is completed.

When the washing machine S is drained from the washing machine drain pipe 11, the drainage passes through the washing machine drain pipe 11 in the order of the backflow prevention valve member 10 and the pipe connection portion 5, and is the pan drain pipe P. It is discharged from the vertical pipe FP to the sewage side through the underfloor pipe. In addition, when the wastewater passes through the backflow prevention valve member 10, the backflow prevention valve 10d acts, so that the wastewater does not flow back into the washing machine waterproof pan 1.
Further, when a slight water leak occurs in the waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine from a connecting point of the piping, the water leak stays in the waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine and does not flow out on the other floor surface F. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the floor surface F from being soiled.
Further, when a large amount of drainage is generated in the waterproof pan 1 for the washing machine due to a failure of the washing machine drainage pipe 11 or the like, when the accumulated drainage water level reaches the drainage port 10c at the upper end of the connecting tube portion 4. The backflow prevention valve 10d is opened, and the waste water in the waterproof pan 1 for the washing machine is discharged from the drain port 10c to the sewage side through the vertical pipe FP and the underfloor pipe.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine according to the second embodiment of the present invention is used for indoor renovation, and is connected to a drainage pipe on the floor to discharge the wastewater to a bathroom which is a pipe destination.
The second embodiment of the present invention is the pipe pipe or elbow pipe constituting the washing machine S, the waterproof pan 1 for the washing machine, the connecting member 8, the joint member 9, and the pan drainage pipe P shown in FIGS. It is comprised from piping members, such as.
Among them, the washing machine S, the waterproof pan 1 for the washing machine, the connection member 8 and the joint member 9 are the same as the respective members of the first embodiment described in paragraph 0014, and hence the description thereof will be omitted. Only explained.
The pipe member is a pipe body made of a polyvinyl chloride material, and includes a straight pipe made of a straight cylindrical pipe, and an elbow pipe having both ends bent by about 90 degrees. In addition, a straight pipe is inserted into the end of the elbow pipe or cheese pipe, and a socket part PS for enabling connection by adhesion or the like is provided.
In addition, although illustration and detailed description etc. are omitted, these pipes are fixed on the floor F with a support or the like as necessary.

In the house where the washing machine S and the waterproof pan 1 for washing machine are installed, the following installation locations and drainage devices are prepared.
The indoor floor surface F on which the waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine according to the present embodiment is installed is a flat floor surface F that is not provided with any opening communicating with the floor. In addition, there is a bathroom wall BW that divides the installation location and the bathroom in the vicinity, and a through hole BH is provided for passing the pan drainage pipe P to the bathroom side during construction.
The bathroom is provided with a washing place and a bathtub adjacent to the washing place, and the washing place is provided with a washing place drain (not shown) for discharging the waste water on the washing place to sewage.
The height of the through-hole BH provided on the wall surface BW of the bathroom is higher than the pipe installed on the floor surface F at the time of construction, but the siphon effect works when draining. Thus, even if the pipe in the through hole BH portion on the downstream side of the pipe on the floor surface F is higher, smooth drainage can be performed.

The structure is such that it can extend from the notch 7b of the side wall 3 of the waterproof pan 1 for machine.
Next, the cylindrical portion of the connection member 8 is inserted into the upper surface of the flange portion 4a at the periphery of the attachment port 4b of the waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine, and the lower surface of the flange portion 8a of the connection member 8 and the upper surface of the flange portion 4a at the periphery of the attachment port 4b. It arrange | positions so that and may contact | abut.
Next, the pan drainage pipe P is constructed. In addition, although the piping of the pan drainage piping P is performed combining the elbow pipe etc. which were equipped with the straight pipe and the socket part PS, in the following description, only the direction in which piping is performed is described, and each straight pipe The details of how the pipe members such as the elbow pipe are combined will not be described in detail.
As shown in FIG. 6, a straight pipe cut into an appropriate length is inserted into the receiving part 9a below the pipe connection part 5 after applying an adhesive, and an elbow pipe and a straight pipe are used. Then, the pipe is bent 90 degrees at the position behind the floor F in the back space of the waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine, and the pipe is directed from the connecting cylinder portion 4 to the side surface. At this time, the direction of the piping is not simply set to the horizontal direction, but the piping is directed to the direction of the piping cover portion 6 in the horizontal direction.
Next, the pan drainage pipe P is extended from the notch 7 b to the outside of the waterproof pan 1 for the washing machine through the lower part of the pipe cover 6.
Next, the waterproof pan 1 for the washing machine is installed on the floor surface F, and the pan drain pipe P from the waterproof pan 1 for the washing machine is installed on the floor surface F, if necessary, to support the pan drain pipe P. Is extended along the floor surface F to the vicinity of the outside of the wall surface BW of the bathroom.
Next, the pan drain pipe P is bent vertically upward along the outer wall surface of the bathroom, is bent horizontally at the height position of the through hole BH on the bathroom wall surface, and the pipe is passed through the through hole BH. In the bathroom, the pipe is bent vertically downward along the inner wall surface of the bathroom. Finally, the end of the pan drainage pipe P is placed in the bathroom and on the bathroom washroom. Moreover, the edge part inside the bathroom of the bread | pan drainage piping P is extended to the height position from which the lower end becomes lower than the upper end of the connection member 8 of the waterproofing bread 1 for washing machines.
Further, the end of the elbow member 11b of the washing machine drain pipe 11 of the washing machine S is connected to the connection part 8b, and the pipe connection part 5 of the waterproof pan 1 for washing machine and the washing machine drain pipe 11 are connected to each other. The construction of the waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine of the embodiment is completed. As described in paragraph 0014, the inner surface of the connection member 8, the joint member 9, the elbow member 11b, and the vertical pipe portion FP is connected without a step when the construction is completed.

When drainage is performed from the washing machine drainage pipe 11 by using the washing machine S, the drainage passes through the washing machine drainage pipe 11 in the order of the pipe connection portion 5 and the pan drainage pipe P, and is discharged into the bathroom washroom. It is discharged to the sewage through the bathroom washroom drain.
The height of the pipe in the through-hole BH portion of the pan drainage pipe P is arranged higher than the pipe arranged on the floor surface F, but when a large amount of drainage flows using the washing machine S In the washing machine S, drainage is temporarily generated from a position higher than the through hole BH, and drained into the bathroom beyond the pipe at the height position of the through hole BH. At this time, the pan drainage pipe P is filled with only drainage, and a siphon effect is generated. This siphon effect is because the flow of drainage is smooth because the inner surface of the connecting member 8, the joint member 9, the elbow member 11b, and the vertical pipe portion FP is connected without any step, and no air accumulation occurs. This is particularly likely to occur.
Since the end of the pan drainage pipe P in the bathroom is at a height lower than the upper end of the connecting member 8, drainage passes through the siphon effect as long as the inside of the pan drainage pipe P remains full. Beyond the height position of the hole BH, it is discharged into the bathroom without hindrance.
In addition, when some water leakage occurs in the waterproofing pan 1 for the washing machine from the connecting portion 8b such as a pipe, the leakage remains in the waterproofing pan 1 for the washing machine and does not flow out onto the other floor surface F. Therefore, the floor surface F can be prevented from being soiled.

In the said 2nd Example, it can respond to floor piping, using the waterproofing pan 1 for washing machines same as 1st Example which performs underfloor piping. Since the waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine for underfloor piping and the waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine for floor piping can be shared by the same waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine, the waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine corresponding to the floor piping is It can be provided at the same low price as the waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine corresponding to piping.

The embodiments of the present invention are as described above. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be freely changed without departing from the scope of the invention.

It may be configured in a circular or substantially polygonal shape.
Further, in the case of a substantially rectangular shape, the piping cover portion 6 is not extended only on the short side and the corresponding cutout groove 7a is not provided as in the above embodiment, but only the long side or both the short side and the long side are provided. Alternatively, the pipe cover portion 6 may be extended to provide a corresponding groove portion.
Moreover, in the said Example, although it has the structure corresponding to both underfloor piping and floor piping by providing the cutting groove 7a in the outer wall part 3b and cut | disconnecting the outer wall part 3b along this cutting groove 7a, The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and a waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine corresponding to both an underfloor pipe and an overfloor pipe is manufactured with a set of molds by adopting a mold called a nested type. Can do.
The nesting mold is a mold in which only a part of the mold can be exchanged. In the case of the present invention, the mold having the cutout part 7b and the mold without the cutout part 7b in the peripheral part of the cutout part 7b. By preparing two types of molds and replacing them as necessary, a set of molds is used for washing machine waterproof pan 1 for floor piping with notch 7b and for floor piping without notch 7b. A waterproof pan 1 for a washing machine can be produced. Since the cost of the mold cost due to the nested mold is small, the waterproof pan 1 for the washing machine corresponding to the floor piping is used for the washing machine corresponding to the floor piping even in the case of this nested mold. It can be provided at an inexpensive price similar to that of the waterproof pan 1.
In the first embodiment, the pan drainage pipe P is formed only by a drainage flow path, but if necessary, a drain trap for preventing odors and pests from entering the indoor side from the downstream side is provided. It may be provided on the flow path to prevent odors and pests from entering the indoor side.
