Abstract
【解決手段】移送装置10は、インプラント1の所定の長さ部分が移送カテーテル20から出ると、反転工程を自動的に開始する配置機構60を含む。配置機構は、経験の少ない施術者でもインプラントを非常に多様な目標箇所に安全かつ高精度で展開することができる。

Claims (22)
- 移送カテーテルと、
該移送カテーテル内に摺動可能に配置されたプッシャカテーテルと、
反転可能な素子を移送システムへ解放可能に接続する配置機構とを含む反転可能な素子用移送システムであって、
前記反転可能な素子が前記移送カテーテルから前進する間、前記配置機構は、前記反転可能な素子の遠位部分をさらに前進させないことにより、前記インプラントの反転を開始する反転可能な素子用移送システム。 - 前記配置機構はさらに、複数のテザーを含む請求項1の移送システム。
- 前記複数のテザーは、前記プッシャカテーテルへ接続されている請求項2の移送システム。
- 前記複数のテザーは、前記移送カテーテルの移送シースへ接続されている請求項2の移送システム。
- 前記複数のテザーは、前記反転可能な素子の中間領域へ接続されている請求項2の移送システム。
- 前記複数のテザーは、前記反転可能な素子の遠位領域へ接続されている請求項2の移送システム。
- 前記複数のテザーはそれぞれ、前記配置機構から選択的に解放可能な第1の端部を有する請求項2の移送システム。
- さらに、前記複数のテザーそれぞれの第1の端部を選択的に係合および解放するテザー解放機構を含む請求項7の移送システム。
- 移送カテーテルと、
該移送カテーテル内に摺動可能に配置されたプッシャカテーテルと、
反転可能な素子を移送システムへ解放可能に接続する配置機構とを含む反転可能な素子用移送システムであって、
前記配置機構は、インプラント反転操作時における前記反転可能な素子の遠位の移動を制限する反転可能な素子用移送システム。 - 前記配置機構は複数のテザーを含み、該複数のテザーはそれぞれ、前記反転可能な素子の遠位端の近傍で前記移送カテーテルに接続されている請求項9の移送装置。
- 前記配置機構は複数のテザーを含み、前記複数のテザーはそれぞれ、前記反転可能な素子および前記移送カテーテルへ接続されている請求項9の移送装置。
- さらに、前記反転可能な素子の近位端へ解放可能に接続された複数の取付けケーブルを含む請求項9の移送装置。
- 配置機構はさらに、
第1のスロットを有する外側シースと、
該外側シース内に配置されて凹部を有する摺動部材とを含む請求項9の移送装置。 - 前記配置機構は複数のテザーを含み、該複数のテザーはそれぞれ、前記摺動部材の凹部内に適合する大きさの端部を有する請求項13の移送装置。
- 反転可能な素子の第1の所定の長さ部分を移送カテーテルから遠位方向に前進させ、
前記反転可能な素子の前記所定の長さ部分の遠位の移動を制限し、
前記反転可能な素子の第2の所定の長さ部分を前記カテーテルから遠位方向に前進させて該第2の所定長さ部分を前記第1の所定長さ部分内に反転させることを含む反転可能な素子の反転開始方法。 - 前記反転可能な素子の前記所定の長さ部分の遠位方向への移動を制限することは、複数のテザーによって行われる請求項15の方法。
- さらに、前記配置機構を前記反転可能な素子から解放することを含む請求項16の方法。
- 前記反転可能な素子の前記所定の長さ部分の遠位方向への移動を制限することはさらに、前記反転可能な素子へ接続された複数のテザーへ張力をかけることを含む請求項15の方法。
- さらに、前記複数のテザーの第1の組の端部を解放することを含む請求項18の方法。
- さらに、複数の取付けケーブルを前記反転可能な素子から解放することを含む請求項19の方法。
- 移送カテーテルの遠位端を目標部位に配置し、
前記移送カテーテルの遠位端を近位方向に退避させて、支持構造の所定の長さ部分を露出させ、
該支持構造の遠位端を遠位方向へ進めないようにして、該支持構造の近位端を遠位方向に前進させ、これにより該支持構造の近位部分を前記所定の長さ部分内に反転させ、
前記支持構造を解放することを含む支持構造の目標部位への移送方法。 - 支持構造を収納する移送カテーテルと、
該支持構造を前記移送カテーテルを通って軸方向に進めることができる前進機構と、
前記移送カテーテルの遠位端の遠位における所定の距離を超えて前記支持構造の遠位部分を進ませないことが可能な停止機構と、
解放機構とを含む支持構造の目標部位への移送装置。
