Description

The present invention relates to household electric appliances, washing machines, and washing / drying machines.

Conventionally, a washing machine and a washing / drying machine are provided with a washing tub that is rotatably installed in an outer tub, a washing wing that is rotatably installed at the bottom of the washing tub, and a conductive drive device that rotationally drives the washing tub and the washing wing. The washing tub and washing wings are selectively driven to rotate by means of clutch switching by means of a conductive drive device, so that the laundry in the washing tub is agitated to perform the washing process and the rinsing process. It is the structure which spins and spins laundry.

The conductive drive device is configured to supply voltage to an electric motor by an inverter circuit, and uses a DC brushless motor as the electric motor, so that various washing and dehydrating operations can be realized. Is proposed in Patent Document 1. Further, Patent Document 2 discloses a circuit configuration in which a DC brushless motor and a power supply circuit that outputs a power supply voltage of a control circuit of a washing machine are connected.

Also, as a means to protect the internal circuit against surge noise flowing from the commercial power supply, a configuration in which a surge absorber is connected in series with a current fuse for overcurrent protection in the event of a short circuit failure of the surge absorber between the commercial power supply connection lines is common. Known.

However, surge absorbers are vulnerable to surge noise flowing in from commercial power if the surge absorber is degraded by repeated application of surge noise, or if the overcurrent protection current fuse is blown or released due to abnormal voltage application. The device will operate in the state. Although Patent Document 3 proposes a means for preventing the device from operating in an unprotected state against surge noise, there is a problem that the number of parts increases and the cost increases.

Also, by setting the power supply source to the power supply circuit as the connection point between the surge absorption element and the overcurrent protection fuse, if the surge absorption element short-circuit failure occurs and the current fuse blows, the power supply to the power supply circuit is cut off and the device stops operating In this case, the apparatus stops during washing, and the lid of the washing machine may not be opened while the laundry is in the washing tub, which may lead to user complaints.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problem. When a surge absorbing element breaks down, if the device is in operation, the operation is continued until the washing operation ends and the power supply relays 1 and 2 are shut off. It is an object of the present invention to provide an electric appliance for home use (for example, a washing machine or a washing / drying machine) that does not start up the apparatus in an unprotected state against surge noise when it is stopped.

A motor; a rectifying / smoothing circuit for rectifying and smoothing a commercial power supply; an inverter circuit for receiving a DC voltage from the rectifying / smoothing circuit and supplying the motor; a control circuit for controlling the inverter circuit; A power supply circuit that outputs a power supply voltage of the control circuit using a power supply, and includes a surge absorbing element that absorbs surge noise flowing from the commercial power supply, and a protective current fuse in series with the commercial power supply. Provided between the lines, the power supply circuit is supplied with a power supply voltage from the commercial power supply via a power supply SW, and when the power supply SW is pressed down, a power supply voltage is output, and the commercial power supply and the rectifying / smoothing circuit Between the power relays 1 and 2, a limiting resistor that suppresses inrush current to the rectifying / smoothing circuit is connected in parallel with the power relay 2. The power supply circuit is activated and a power supply voltage is output to the control circuit. When the power supply relay 1 is turned on, the rectifying / smoothing circuit is charged via the limiting resistor, and the limiting resistor A connection point on the commercial power supply side was connected to a connection point between the surge absorbing element and the protective current fuse.

According to the present invention, when a household electrical device (for example, a washing machine or a washing / drying machine) is operating or stopped, the surge absorbing element is short-circuited due to surge noise application or the like. Even if the SW is pressed, the power supply circuit does not start, and the device is prevented from operating with the internal circuit open to surge noise. If it is in operation, the washing operation ends and the power supply relays 1 and 2 are shut off. The operation is continued until the user's laundry is left in the washing tub, for example, so that the lid is locked and the laundry cannot be taken out.

As a result, it is possible to provide a household electric device that is highly reliable and easy to use.

The motor 19 can switch the rotation operation of the washing tub 9 and the washing blade 11 by a switching means (not shown) using a clutch. In washing the laundry 38, the motor 19 rotates in the forward and reverse directions, and the washing blade 11 also rotates in the forward and reverse directions and the laundry 38 is stirred. In the dehydration of the laundry 38, the motor 19 rotates at high speed, the washing tub 9 also rotates at high speed, and centrifugal dehydration is performed from the dewatering holes 12 provided in the body of the washing tub 9.

The drainage electromagnetic valve 22 is provided in a drainage hose 23 that communicates with a drainage port provided at the bottom of the outer tub 5. The power switch 40 is turned on, and various input switches provided on the display board 36 are operated to set the operation of the washing machine.

The drainage electromagnetic valve 22 is provided in a drainage hose 23 that communicates with a drainage port 22 a provided at the bottom of the outer tub 5. The dehydration operation in which dehydration is performed is performed with the drain electromagnetic valve 22 open. The control board 27 controls opening / closing of the drain electromagnetic valve 22, operation / stop of the motor 19, and speed adjustment.

Here, a conventional configuration example of the control board and peripheral components will be described with reference to FIG.

When the power supply SW40 is pressed, a current flows from the commercial power supply 51 through the start circuit 56, the power supply circuit 55, GND, the inverter circuit 54, the rectifying / smoothing circuit 52, and the limiting resistor 59, and the power supply circuit 55 is started. A voltage is output to a control circuit 57 for controlling 54. At the same time, the power supply relay 160 and the power supply relay 261 are sequentially turned on to connect the power supply from the commercial power supply 51 to the rectification / smoothing circuit. The control circuit 57 supplied with power from the power circuit 55 controls the inverter circuit 54 to supply voltage to the motor 19 and rotate the motor.

A surge absorbing element 58 and a current fuse 53 are connected in series between the commercial power supply lines.

However, in the configuration shown in FIG. 2, when the surge absorbing element 58 is short-circuited due to application of surge noise or the like, the current fuse is blown, and the device continues to operate in a state in which the internal circuit is defenseless against the surge noise. There has been a concern that reapplying may cause a failure of an internal circuit or a malfunction.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, when the surge absorbing element 58 is short-circuited, once the power supply relay 160 and the power supply relay 261 are cut off, the power supply circuit 55 is not activated even when the power supply SW40 is pressed.

FIG. 3 shows a circuit configuration of the control board 27 and peripheral components according to the first embodiment.

First, the connection point on the commercial power source side of the limiting resistor 59 is connected to the connection point between the surge absorbing element and the current fuse. When the power switch 40 is pressed, the start circuit 56, the power circuit 55, the GND, and the inverter circuit are switched from the commercial power source 51. 54, a current flows through the rectifying / smoothing circuit 52, the limiting resistor 59, and the current fuse 53, and the power supply circuit 55 is activated to output a voltage to the control circuit 57 for controlling the inverter circuit 54. At the same time, the power supply relay 160 and the power supply relay 261 are sequentially turned on to connect the power supply from the commercial power supply 51 to the rectification / smoothing circuit. Even if the contact of the power SW 40 is released after the power circuit 55 is activated, power is supplied to the power circuit 55 from the subsequent stage of the power relay 160, so that the operation of the power circuit 55 is maintained. The control circuit 57 supplied with power from the power circuit 55 controls the inverter circuit 54 to supply voltage to the motor 19 and rotate the motor.

According to the present embodiment, when the surge absorbing element 58 is short-circuited, the current fuse 53 is blown. However, if the power relay 160 and the power relay 261 are in a conductive state during equipment operation such as washing, dehydration, and rinsing, The power supply to the power supply circuit is continued and the operation of the device is continued. Accordingly, it is possible to avoid a state in which the device is stopped in the middle of washing and the lid 4 is locked while the laundry is left in the washing tub 9. However, once the power supply relay 160 and the power supply relay 261 are turned off, the current fuse is blown even if the power supply SW is pressed next, so that no current flows and the power supply circuit 55 does not start and the device does not operate. .

In addition, when the surge absorbing element 58 is short-circuited while the equipment is stopped, the current fuse 53 is blown and the equipment does not operate in the same manner.

In the above-described embodiment, the surge absorbing element 58 may be a varistor or a surge absorber. Further, the limiting resistor 59 may be a power resistor or a fuse resistor.

An example of this case is shown in FIG. In FIG. 4, the power supply to the power supply circuit 55 is supplied from the + polarity line after the rectification / smoothing circuit.

Note that a washing machine equipped with a circuit board having such a circuit configuration is not limited to a vertical washing machine or a washing / drying machine in which a washing blade is installed at the bottom of the washing tub, but a drum-type washing machine or a washing / drying machine. It may be a machine. Further, the present invention is not limited to a washing machine, and can be applied to other household electric appliances.
