- 不平衡ポートと、
第1の平衡ポートと、
第2の平衡ポートと、
互いに反対側に位置する第1端と第2端を有する主線路と、
互いに反対側に位置する第1端と第2端を有し、前記主線路に対して電磁結合する副線路と、
前記主線路の前記第1端と前記不平衡ポートとの間に設けられた第1のキャパシタと、
前記副線路の前記第2端と前記第2の平衡ポートとの間に設けられたインピーダンス整合部とを備え、
前記主線路の前記第2端は、グランドに接続され、
前記副線路の前記第1端は、前記第1の平衡ポートに接続されていることを特徴とするバラン。 - 前記インピーダンス整合部は、インダクタと第2のキャパシタとを含むLC回路であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバラン。
- 前記インピーダンス整合部は、前記副線路の前記第2端と前記第2の平衡ポートとを接続する第1の経路と、前記第1の経路とグランドとを接続する第2の経路とを有し、
前記第1の経路は、インダクタを含み、
前記第2の経路は、第2のキャパシタを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のバラン。 - 前記インピーダンス整合部は、前記副線路の前記第2端と前記第2の平衡ポートとを接続する第1の経路と、前記第1の経路とグランドとを接続する第2の経路とを有し、
前記第1の経路は、それぞれインダクタンスを有し互いに誘導結合する第1のインダクタンス要素と第2のインダクタンス要素を含み、
前記第1のインダクタンス要素と前記第2のインダクタンス要素の各々は、互いに反対側に位置する第1端と第2端を有し、
前記第1のインダクタンス要素の前記第1端は、前記副線路の前記第2端に接続され、
前記第2のインダクタンス要素の前記第1端は、前記第2の平衡ポートに接続され、
前記第1のインダクタンス要素の前記第2端と前記第2のインダクタンス要素の前記第2端は、互いに接続され、且つ前記第2の経路を介してグランドに接続され、
前記第2の経路は、第2のキャパシタを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のバラン。 - 前記第1のインダクタンス要素は第1の線路であり、前記第2のインダクタンス要素は第2の線路であることを特徴とする請求項4記載のバラン。
- 前記第1の線路と前記第2の線路は、互いに容量結合することを特徴とする請求項5記載のバラン。
- 前記第1の線路は、第1の線路部分を含み、
前記第2の線路は、前記第1の線路部分に対向する第2の線路部分を含み、
前記第1の線路部分は、回路構成上、前記副線路の前記第2端に最も近い第1の端縁と、その反対側の第2の端縁とを有し、
前記第2の線路部分は、回路構成上、前記第2の平衡ポートに最も近い第1の端縁と、その反対側の第2の端縁とを有し、
前記第2の線路部分の前記第1の端縁は、物理的に、前記第1の線路部分のうち、前記第1の線路部分の前記第2の端縁に最も近く、前記第2の線路部分の前記第2の端縁は、物理的に、前記第1の線路部分のうち、前記第1の線路部分の前記第1の端縁に最も近いことを特徴とする請求項5または6記載のバラン。 - 更に、前記不平衡ポート、前記第1および第2の平衡ポート、前記主線路、前記副線路、前記第1のキャパシタおよび前記インピーダンス整合部を一体化するための積層体であって、積層された複数の誘電体層と複数の導体層とを含む積層体を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のバラン。
