Abstract
Description
− 前記接触方向は、チューブの長手方向に向けられることが意図されている。
− 圧縮要素は、支持面において支持されるように構成された縁部を有している。
− 前記縁部は、前記圧縮要素の前記接触ゾーンの両側に配置されている。
− 前記縁部の数は2つであり、接触ゾーンについて互いに対向している。
− 前記縁部は、特に連続的に、接触方向dに延在している。
− 前記圧縮要素及び/又は前記ベースの接触ゾーンは、前記接触方向dにおいて変化する幅を呈するストリップである。
− 前記ベースは、チューブを支持するように構成された第1面と、応力を受けたとき、圧縮要素が当接することが意図された第2面と、を有している。
− 前記圧縮要素は、前記第2面の凹ゾーン又は凹部に受容され、前記凹ゾーン又は凹部は、ベースの前記接触ゾーンを規定している。
− 圧縮要素は、丸みを帯びた頂部を有するストリップ形状である、又は、実質的に逆さまの溝の形状であるバネであり、バネの前記丸みを帯びた頂部は、圧縮要素の前記接触ゾーンを規定している。
− 前記凹ゾーン又は凹部は、前記方向dにおいて変化する深さを呈している。
− 前記凹ゾーン又は凹部は、その長手方向先端部の領域において深さが小さい。
− バネの前記丸みを帯びた頂部は、前記方向dにおいて変化する曲率半径Rを呈している。
− 前記半径Rは、前記圧縮要素の長手方向先端部のそれぞれにおいて、より小さい。
− 前記半径Rは、前記方向dにおいて直線的な態様で変化する。
− 最大半径に対する最小半径の比率は、0.5〜1の間、好適には0.7〜0.9の間に含まれる。
Claims (12)
- チューブ(11)、特に自動車のバッテリ(5)を冷却することを目的として自動車のバッテリ(5)に対面することが意図された熱交換器のチューブ、のための支持装置であって、
前記装置は、
前記チューブ(11)が載置されることが意図されたベース(19)と、
圧縮要素(1)と、を有し、
前記ベース(19)及び前記接触要素(1)は、接触方向として理解される方向dに延在する接触ゾーン(25)を有し、
前記ベース(19)及び前記接触要素(1)は、前記圧縮要素(1)が応力を受けたとき、それらの前記接触ゾーン(25)を介して接触することが意図されており、
前記圧縮要素(1)の前記接触ゾーン及び/又は前記ベース(19)の前記接触ゾーンは、前記接触方向dにおいて変化する構成を呈している、装置。 - 前記圧縮要素(1)及び/又は前記ベース(19)の前記接触ゾーン(25)は、前記接触方向dにおいて変化する幅を呈するストリップである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記ベース(19)は、前記チューブ(11)を支持するように構成された第1面(35)と、前記圧縮要素(1)が当接することが意図された第2面(33)と、を有し、
応力を受けると、前記圧縮要素(1)は、前記第2面(33)の凹ゾーン又は凹部(39)に受容され、

ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。 - 前記圧縮要素(1)は、丸みを帯びた頂部(8)を有するストリップ(7)の形状の、又は、実質的に逆さまの溝の形状のバネであり、
前記バネの前記丸みを帯びた頂部(8)は、前記圧縮要素(1)の前記接触ゾーン(25)を規定するとともに、前記方向dにおいて変化する曲率半径Rを呈している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 前記半径Rは、前記圧縮要素(1)の長手方向先端部のそれぞれにおいて、より小さい、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。 - 前記半径Rは、前記方向dにおいて直線的な態様で変化する、
ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の装置。 - 最大半径に対する最小半径の比率は、0.5〜1の間、好適には0.7〜0.9の間に含まれる、

- 請求項5乃至8のいずれかに記載の支持装置の圧縮要素(1)。
