Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1つのコンポーネント(13)が繊維強化プラスチックでできている、少なくとも2つのコンポーネント(13,15)を接合する方法において、充填材入りプラスチックからなる、好ましくはガラス繊維強化されたポリアミドまたはポリプロピレンからなるドーム(1)が回転、振動、および/または旋回運動させられ、結合されるべきコンポーネント(13,15)へ軸方向力の印加のもとで挿入されることによって、形状接合式の結合をなすように少なくとも2つのコンポーネント(13,15)が接合されることを特徴とする方法。
- 接合されるべきコンポーネント(13,15)のうち少なくとも1つが接合前に穿孔されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ドーム(1)の回転、振動、および/または旋回運動が終了し、次いで、結合されるべきコンポーネント(13,15)に対して前記ドーム(1)が軸方向に押圧されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ドーム(1)の回転数、材料、前記ドーム(1)における余剰材料、接合プロセス(II)の時間、および/またはプレスプロセス(III)の時間は結合されるべきコンポーネント(13,15)に依存して選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つのコンポーネントを結合するためのドーム(1)において、前記ドーム(1)は少なくとも部分的に熱可塑性プラスチックでできており、前記ドーム(1)は頭部(5)を有している、そのようなドームにおいて、前記ドーム(1)は充填材入りプラスチック、好ましくはガラス繊維強化されたポリアミドまたはポリプロピレンでできていることを特徴とするドーム。
- 前記ドーム(1)の前記頭部(5)は駆動装置へ収容するため、および/またはトルクを伝達するために構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のドーム。
- 前記ドーム(1)は中央の軸方向穴(11)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5または請求項6に記載のドーム。
- 前記ドーム(1)はシャフト、好ましくは円錐台形のシャフト(3)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載のドーム。
- シャフト(3)は前記頭部(5)と反対を向いているほうの端部に、結合されるべきコンポーネント(13,15)にある穴(17,19)の直径と実質的に等しい直径(D1)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載のドーム。
- 前記ドーム(1)は10から50重量%、特別に好ましくは30重量%の充填物質割合を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5〜9のいずれか1項に記載のドーム。
- 少なくとも1つのコンポーネント(15)が繊維強化プラスチックでできている、少なくとも2つのコンポーネント(13,15)を含むモジュールにおいて、少なくとも2つのコンポーネント(13,15)は充填材入りのプラスチックからなる、好ましくはガラス繊維強化されたポリアミドまたはポリプロピレンからなる、1つまたは複数のドーム(1)により請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって接合されていることを特徴とするモジュール。
- 少なくとも前記ドーム(1)の頭部(5)と反対を向くほうに配置されたコンポーネント(13)が繊維強化プラスチックでできていることを特徴とする、請求項11記載のモジュール。
- 繊維強化プラスチックは熱可塑性または熱硬化性のマトリクスおよび/または炭素、ガラス、および/またはアラミドからなる繊維を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項11または請求項12に記載のモジュール。
