Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 特にネジ(5、25)により互いに接合させた上部構造体(2)及び骨(4)に一体化したインプラント(3)を備えるタイプの、インプラントに螺止した歯科用プロテーゼのための挿入材であって、前記上部構造体(2)と前記インプラント(3)との結合面(6、7)間に介在した緩衝材料から形成された構成要素から成ることを特徴とする挿入材。
- 前記ネジ(5)を貫通させるための穴部(13)を備えた環状の構成要素(12)から成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の挿入材。
- 前記表面(6、7)間に介在させるのに適した基部(15)を有する構成要素(14)から成る挿入材であって、前記挿入材は前記上部構造体(2)と前記インプラント(3)との間の結合部位で係合する隆起部(16)も備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の挿入材。
- 前記表面(6、7)の間に介在させるのに適した環状基部(21)、前記上部構造体(2)の内部で係合する隆起部(22)、及びキャップ(19)と係合し、また前記挿入材(18)に前記上部構造体(2)を係止するためのネジ山部(20)を有する構成要素(18)から成り、前記ネジ(5)により挿入材(18)がインプラント(3)上に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の挿入材。
- 前記表面(6、7)間に介在させるのに適した環状基部、及び前記上部構造体(2)の内部で係合する隆起部(28)を有する構成要素(27)から成り、前記ネジ(25)は、前記挿入材(27)の前記穴部(13)の内部で係合するときに前記隆起部(28)を膨張させ、それにより前記挿入材(27)及び前記インプラント(3)に前記上部構造体(2)を係止する円錐形部分(26)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の挿入材。
- 前記上部構造体(2)の一致する収容部(24)と係合し、前記挿入材上の回転を阻止するのに適した突出部(23)も備えることを特長とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の挿入材。
- 弾性変形可能なプラスチック材料から形成され、この材料は、咀嚼器官により発生するような付加的負荷の存在下で前記ネジ(5)により事前に10〜50Nmの負荷が掛けられた場合、垂直軸の方向に弾性変形することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の挿入材。
- 前記弾性変形可能なプラスチック材料の弾性変形は垂直軸方向に0.01〜80μ(ミクロン)、特に0.05〜40μ、好ましくは0.1〜20μであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の挿入材。
- 請求項1〜8の1つ以上に記載のインプラントに螺止した歯科用プロテーゼであることを特徴とする歯科用プロテーゼ。
