Claims (10)
- 層状に塗布された造形材料(4)を選択的に硬化させることによって三次元物体(3)を製造するための装置(1)であって、
少なくとも1個の三次元物体(3)を層状に形成するための、xy平面上に配置された造形台(2)と、
熱エネルギー(11)を造形材料(4)に入力するための少なくとも1個の予熱用放射熱源(25)と、
局所的に加熱することにより造形材料(4)を選択的に硬化させるための少なくとも1個の硬化用放射熱源(7、14)と、
造形台(2)と少なくとも部分的に重なる絶縁要素(6)と、
次の3個の構成要素、即ち造形台(2)、絶縁要素(6)、少なくとも1個の放射熱源(7、14)の内の少なくとも2個の間でx方向及び/又はy方向における相対運動を発生するための若干数の駆動装置(15、21)とを有し、
絶縁要素(6)は同時に使用できる少なくとも2個の機能的開口(18、19、20)を備え、
少なくとも2個の機能的開口の一方は材料通路(18)として構成され、少なくとも2個の機能的開口の他方は放射熱通路(19、20)として構成されている装置。 - 絶縁要素(6)は造形台(2)に対向する側面が反射するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 絶縁要素(6)は薄片として構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- x方向及び/又はy方向において造形台(2)と絶縁要素(6)との間の相対運動を発生するための第1の駆動装置(15)と、
x方向及び/又はy方向において少なくとも1個の硬化用放射熱源(7、14)と絶縁要素(6)との間の相対運動を発生するための第2の駆動装置(21)と、を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 少なくとも2個の同時に駆動可能な硬化用放射熱源(7、14)と、前記硬化用放射熱源(7、14)をそれらの放射領域(29、30)が重なるように制御するための制御装置(21)とを有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 機能的開口(18、19、20)の形状、配置及び/又は大きさが可変である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 製造プロセス中に絶縁要素(6)の速度及び/又は少なくとも1個の硬化用放射熱源(7、14)の速度が可変である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 絶縁要素(6)は、材料通路(18)として構成された1個の機能的開口と、移動方向に見てこの機能的開口に隣接する、放射通路(19、19’)として構成された2個の機能的開口とを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- x方向及び/又はy方向において少なくとも1個の硬化用放射熱源(7、14)と絶縁要素(6)との間の相対運動を発生するための第3の駆動装置を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 層状に塗布された造形材料(4)を選択的に硬化させることによって三次元物体(3)を製造するための方法であって、
xy平面上に配置された造形台(2)上で少なくとも1個の三次元物体(3)を層状に形成し、
少なくとも1個の予熱用放射熱源(25)によって熱エネルギー(11)を造形材料(4)に入力し、
少なくとも1個の硬化用放射熱源(7、14)によって造形材料(4)を局所的に加熱して選択的に硬化させ、
造形台(2)と少なくとも部分的に重なる絶縁要素(6)により、造形材料(4)と放射エネルギー(8、11)が、少なくとも2個の機能的開口(18、19、20)を使用して同時に通過できるようにし、
若干数の駆動装置(15、21)により、次の3個の構成要素、即ち造形台(2)、絶縁要素(6)、少なくとも1個の硬化用放射熱源(7、14)の内の少なくとも2個の間でx方向及び/又はy方向における相対運動を発生する方法。
