Abstract
Description
The present invention belongs to a technique for reducing accumulation of sand and mud in a rainwater outflow suppression storage facility using a table-like member that is a civil engineering material.
As a civil engineering material for constructing a rainwater outflow control facility for temporarily storing rainwater and gradually discharging it, a table-like member provided with a flat plate portion and a leg portion opening to the flat plate portion is used. Since the flat plate portion is mainly formed of ribs and the flat plate portion is arranged so as to be in contact with the tank bottom surface during use, it is difficult to remove sand mud accumulated in the ribs.
In order to remove sand mud deposited in a storage tank constructed using a table-like member, the bottom of the water tank is inclined (for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-38339, Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2007-332893, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-198044, Have been proposed such as open 2007-198043), or smoothing the upper surface of the flat plate portion of the table-like member to facilitate the outflow of sand mud (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2009-57695).
The structure of the storage tank which makes it easy to remove sand mud deposited on the bottom of the storage tank constructed using a table-like member is proposed.
The first invention is obtained by forming a unit by arranging two table-like members consisting of a flat plate portion and legs that open to the flat plate portion, with the bottom surfaces of the leg portions facing each other, and arranging the units vertically and horizontally. A storage tank obtained by covering the storage space to be covered with a water-impervious sheet, wherein a block that does not allow water to flow smaller than the flat plate portion is disposed below the flat plate portion of the unit existing at the bottom of the storage tank. It is a tank.
Between the storage tank bottom and the flat plate part of the unit in contact with the storage tank bottom, a block smaller than the flat plate part is arranged so that water flows directly to the storage tank bottom.
The second invention is a storage tank in which the arrangement position of the block described in the above invention is arranged below the leg portion of the table-like member.
In accordance with the above means, the load related to the table-like member leg is received by the block.
Therefore, since water flows directly to the storage tank bottom around the block, sand mud deposited on the tank bottom can easily flow.
The second invention is a storage tank in which the arrangement position of the block described in the above invention is arranged below the leg portion of the table-like member.
Therefore, when a concrete core or the like is inserted into the leg portion of the table-like member for the purpose of increasing the vertical strength, it becomes possible to withstand the load caused by the core inserted into the leg portion in accordance with the above effects.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the table-like member used for construction of the storage tank of the present invention is composed of a flat plate portion and a leg portion that opens to the flat plate portion.
The flat plate portion is provided with a plurality of holes so that the rainwater stored can flow up and down. The shape may be a square, a rectangle, or a shape in which an end portion thereof is cut out, and may be any shape that can be disposed in close contact as a whole. The leg portion has a cylindrical system with a taper, and the cross section can be arbitrarily selected from a circular shape, a polygonal shape, a plum shape, and the like. The position and number of legs provided on the flat board can also be set arbitrarily.
As shown in FIG. 2, the table-like member is generally used as a unit connected with its leg bottoms facing each other.
FIG. 3 is a conceptual diagram showing the bottom of the storage tank of the present invention.
As shown in the figure, a block is arranged between the flat plate portion and the sheet provided at the bottom of the water tank so that the flat plate portion of the unit does not directly contact the bottom of the storage tank. The size of the block is smaller than that of the flat plate, and a gap is formed between the blocks. By using the gap, sand mud deposited on the bottom of the storage tank can be washed away. Washed sand mud can be removed by conventional means such as grooves and pits separately provided in the storage tank. In addition, the flat board part here does not respond | correspond to one unit as shown in the figure, but includes what combined the flat board part of several units. That is, two or more flat plate portions of the unit are arranged in a straight line, and a block having a large size corresponding to them is used, or four or more flat plate portions of the unit are arranged to form a square or a rectangular shape and a large number of blocks corresponding to them. Including the use of.
In the figure, the block has a square shape whose plane is smaller than that of the flat plate portion, and any shape may be used as long as the water in the storage tank does not flow therethrough. It is preferable to use a shape that is not limited to a square but can be used as appropriate, such as a circle or a polygon, and that does not stagnate with sand and mud.
FIG. 4 shows an example in which the blocks are arranged at portions corresponding to the leg portions of the table-like member. This also fulfills the purpose of receiving the load caused by the concrete core when the concrete core or the like is inserted into the leg cavity for the purpose of withstanding the vertical load applied to the unit. Even if the concrete core penetrates from the top to the bottom, it may be inserted for each leg.
In the figure, the core is not particularly shown, but the block is disposed corresponding to each leg. Moreover, it is also possible to arrange | position corresponding to a some leg part.
