Description

The present invention relates to a rainwater outflow control facility in which aquifers are arranged and wrapped in a sheet.

Recently, the rainfall that exceeds the conventional forecast has been experienced due to global warming. Therefore, the importance of rainwater spill control facilities has been recognized. Among such outflow control facilities, there is a storage and infiltration tank having both storage and infiltration, or a method of directly infiltrating the overflow from the storage tank into the ground. For example, there are JP-A-H09-041470 and JP-A-2008-133598 as storage and permeation tanks, and the former divides the tank into upper and lower parts and uses the upper part as an infiltration tank and the lower part as a storage tank. In the latter case, the center of the tank is a storage tank and the perimeter is a permeation tank. Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2009-287337 discloses a method for infiltrating the overflow of the storage tank.
The present application is to provide a simple and inexpensive method for arranging an aquifer, forming a storage space, and infiltrating an overflow from a storage tank in which the storage space is covered with a water shielding sheet.

In the present invention, a block made of resin or metal is arranged in the ground as an aquifer to form a storage space, and an overflow from a storage tank in which the storage space is covered with a water shielding sheet is infiltrated into the ground. Proposed a new storage tank.

The present invention relates to a storage tank in which a plurality of aquifers are arranged in the basement to form a storage space, and the storage space is wrapped with a water shielding sheet, and the water shielding sheet is disposed outside the water shielding sheet on the peripheral side surface of the storage tank. In order to protect the water, a material made of a string-like thermosetting resin with an appearance plate shape with no protrusions on the surface is arranged as a wall material, and the wall material that allows the overflow of the storage tank to flow into the wall material is impermeable to water It is the storage tank which protected the sheet. A conventional storage tank using a table-shaped aquifer has a water shielding sheet on the outside of the wall material. However, in order to provide a protection and permeation function for the water shielding sheet, the wall material made of the above material is water shielded. Arranged on the outside of the sheet, the wall material was given water permeability.

The present invention has the following effects because the wall material and the water shielding sheet that partition the storage space obtained by arranging the aquifers are changed in order and the wall material is provided with a water passing function and an infiltration function.
1. The conventional wall material also has a function for penetration.
2. When the overflow from the direct storage tank is permeated, the permeation becomes uneven and the foundation of the tank may be disturbed. However, in the storage tank in which the water shielding sheet is protected by the wall material of the present application, the infiltration occurs from the wall material surface and is the same as the infiltration from the normal infiltration tank.
3. In a normal storage tank, it is necessary to discharge an appropriate amount to another drainage channel through an overflow or an orifice, but there is no need for an incidental facility for that purpose.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, in the present invention, a storage space in which aquifers are arranged is covered with a water-impervious sheet to form a storage tank, and wall materials are disposed on the side peripheral surfaces thereof. The wall material is made of a string-like thermosetting resin and is formed into an appearance plate shape having no protrusions on the surface, and the entire wall can be passed through and can flow out from the surface and the bottom. Furthermore, the overflow from the storage tank flows into the wall material. Moreover, the water permeable sheet is arrange | positioned as a protection sheet on the upper surface and bottom face of a storage tank as usual. Moreover, the water permeable sheet is arrange | positioned as a protection sheet so that a storage tank and a wall material may be wrapped.

FIG. 2 is a conceptual diagram of a table-shaped aquifer. As shown in the figure, it consists of four legs that open to the flat plate. The flat plate portion is provided with a hole so that the stored rainwater can be circulated quickly. For convenience of transportation and storage, the legs are tapered and can be stacked in a nested manner. Under normal use conditions, the unit is often used as a unit combined with the legs facing each other as shown in FIG. 2b.

FIG. 3 is a conceptual diagram of a conventional storage tank. A wall material is disposed on the side peripheral surface of the storage space in which the table-shaped aquifers are arranged, and the outside is covered with a water-impervious sheet. When the aquifer of this shape is arranged, a large opening is formed in the outermost peripheral portion, so it is necessary to close it with a wall material.
Further, a protective sheet is disposed outside the water shielding sheet to prevent the water shielding sheet from being damaged by crushed stone corners, tree roots, and the like. Ancillary equipment such as an orifice is installed to allow rainwater in the storage tank to flow into the drainage ditch etc. within the allowable range.

As described above, the difference between the storage tank in which the water shielding sheet is protected by the wall material of the present application and the conventional storage tank is different in the order of the wall material and the water shielding sheet. If overflow directly permeates from a conventional storage tank, non-uniform permeation may occur and the foundation of the tank may be disturbed, possibly resulting in tank destruction. However, in the storage tank in which the water shielding sheet is protected with the wall material of the present application, the permeation is permeation from the wall surface or bottom surface of the wall, the same permeation as the normal permeation tank, and the effect of eliminating the possibility of disturbing the foundation of the tank can be expected. It is.

FIG. 4 shows a conceptual diagram of the wall material used in the present invention. The wall material is formed from a string-like thermosetting resin that is irregularly shaped and has an external plate shape and has no protrusions on the surface. It is marketed under trademarks such as Moyashiron and Moray Drain Mat. Other wall materials shown in FIG. 6 can also be used.

In FIG. 1, the wall material is expressed as one, but there is no problem if the wall material is held by a plurality of members as long as the upper and lower water permeability is satisfied.

FIG. 4 is an example of an aquifer material that can be used in a storage tank in which a water shielding sheet is protected by a wall material of the present application.

As shown in FIG. 1, it can be used as a rainwater outflow control facility.
