Claims (10)
- 体腔内に挿入される挿入部の先端部に撮像装置を備えた内視鏡であって、
前記撮像装置は、
受像面が前記挿入部の長手方向に交差して配置され、前記受像面にて結像された光学画像を光電変換する固体撮像素子と、
前記固体撮像素子の前記受像面とは反対側の接続端子が設けられた面に対向し、前記固体撮像素子の前記接続端子と電気的に接続する接続面を有した回路基板と、を有し、
前記回路基板は、前記挿入部の長手方向に直交する幅方向に見てL字状に形成されたリジッド基板であり、
L字状の前記回路基板を構成する互いに直交した第1脚部及び第2脚部のうち、前記固体撮像素子と対向する前記第1脚部の前記固体撮像素子側には前記接続面が設けられ、前記第2脚部の前記挿入部の長手方向と前記幅方向における面積が小さい内表面には伝送ケーブルが電気的に接続される、内視鏡。 - 請求項1に記載の内視鏡であって、
前記回路基板を前記固体撮像素子に対して前記挿入部の長手方向と直交する平面に投影した場合、前記回路基板の投影最外径端が前記固体撮像素子の投影外径端に位置するよう前記回路基板が配置された、内視鏡。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の内視鏡であって、
前記内視鏡は、前記撮像装置の長手方向と平行に設けられた処置具チャンネルを有し、
前記処置具チャンネルは、前記挿入部の長手方向に見て、前記回路基板の前記第2脚部の前記内表面又は前記内表面とは反対側の外表面が前記処置具チャンネルの側面に隣接して配置された、内視鏡。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡であって、
前記回路基板の前記第1脚部は、前記接続面から前記第2脚部の前記内表面に面した空間まで貫通する貫通孔を有し、
前記貫通孔内に設けられた伝熱部材と、
前記空間に配置され、前記伝熱部材に接続された放熱部材と、を有する、内視鏡。 - 請求項4に記載の内視鏡であって、
前記伝熱部材は配線である、内視鏡。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡であって、
前記伝送ケーブルは、相対的に径が大きい第1ケーブル及び相対的に径が小さい第2ケーブルを含む4本以上のケーブルを有し、
前記4本以上のケーブルは、前記回路基板の前記第2脚部の前記内表面上に前記幅方向に並んで配置され、
前記第1ケーブルは、前記幅方向における最外側に配置された、内視鏡。 - 請求項6に記載の内視鏡であって、
前記第1ケーブルは、中心導体の周囲がシールド導体によってシールドされた同軸ケーブルであり、
前記シールド導体は、前記伝送ケーブルの一部を覆う導体の外装部材に電気的に接続された、内視鏡。 - 請求項6又は7に記載の内視鏡であって、
前記第1ケーブルは、クロック信号用ケーブル及び出力信号用ケーブルを含む、内視鏡。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡であって、
前記回路基板の前記接続面は、前記固体撮像素子の前記接続端子と直接接続された、内視鏡。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡であって、
前記固体撮像素子の前記受像面の法線方向に見た場合の前記固体撮像素子の外径は1mm四方以下である、内視鏡。
