Abstract
Description
図1に示すような、並流式ロータリーキルンと供給部を備える廃石膏の改質装置を準備した。この改質装置を用いて、以下の手順で廃石膏を改質して無水石膏を製造した。
加熱工程の前工程として、キルン型ドライヤー(φ:1.4m×L:12.0m)を用いて乾燥工程を行った。廃石膏に含まれる結晶水の揮散を促進して強熱減量を十分に下げるため、乾燥温度を260〜300℃に設定し、キルン型ドライヤー内の滞留時間(乾燥時間)を20分間とした。なお、乾燥工程後の廃石膏の主成分は半水石膏であった。乾燥工程後の廃石膏の強熱減量を、無水石膏の強熱減量の測定方法と同様にして測定した。測定結果は表3に示すとおりであった。乾燥後の石膏は一旦貯蔵タンクに保管した後、実施例1〜4と同様にして、図1に示すような並流式ロータリーキルンにて加熱工程を行い、得られた無水石膏の評価を行った。各実施例における窯尻温度及び滞留時間(加熱時間)は表3に示すとおりであった。加熱工程後の無水石膏の評価結果は表3に示すとおりであった。
Claims (5)
- 二水石膏を含む廃石膏を加熱して無水石膏を得る加熱工程を有する無水石膏の製造方法であって、
前記加熱工程では前記廃石膏を燃焼フレームに向かって供給して加熱する、無水石膏の製造方法。 - 前記加熱工程では、前記廃石膏を前記燃焼フレームに接触するように供給して加熱する、請求項1に記載の無水石膏の製造方法。
- 前記加熱工程における加熱時間が20分間以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の無水石膏の製造方法。
- 前記加熱工程の前に、前記廃石膏を予備加熱して乾燥し、強熱減量を12質量%以下にする乾燥工程を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の無水石膏の製造方法。
- 前記加熱工程で得られる前記無水石膏のf.CaOが1質量%以下、且つ全炭素量が0.5質量%以下である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の無水石膏の製造方法。
