Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、レーザーシンクロ溶接プロセスと装置とを提供するもので、レーザー溶接技術領域に関するものである。移動できる下部治具と固定された上部治具とにより、製品のベース部と製品の透明部材とを密着させる。安い透明材料などで作るライトパイプにより、レーザー光源からのレーザービームは、処理されて、製品の透明部材を透過して、製品のベース部の溶接区に照射され、溶接区が快速的に、均一的に加熱される。それと同時に、溶接用シリンダーにより、製品のベース部と製品の透明部材とを溶接させるように圧力をかけて、溶解した状態で、製品のベース部と製品の透明部材を溶接する。溶接する場合、パウダーが出なく、溶接の廃棄端(waste selvage)の高さHと幅Wは、それぞれ0〜0.4mmの範囲内にある。溶接した製品の品質はよくなった。

上記のレーザー光源からの上記レーザービームは、上記ライトパイプ本体により処理されて、上記製品の上記ベース部の上記溶接区を加熱することである。
上記のライトパイプ本体は、上記の若干の固定用穴により上記の固定される上部治具に固定されたことにより、上記の溶接対象物の上記の溶接区とマッチングするように構成したことである。
上記のレーザー光源からの上記レーザービームは、上記ライトパイプ本体により処理されて、均一に分布しているストリップ状光点になって、上記の溶接対象物の上記溶接区に照射されて、当該溶接区を加熱することである。

レーザー光源からのレーザービームが、ライトパイプにより整形されて、上記の製品の上記透明部材を透過して、上記製品の上記ベース部の溶接区に集束して、上記溶接区を加熱すると同時に、上記の溶接用シリンダーが上記の移動できる下部治具を駆動し、上記の製品のベース部と上記製品の上記透明部材とに圧力をかけて、上記溶接対象物を溶接したステップとを含む。
上記のレーザー光源からの上記レーザービームは、上記ライトパイプ本体により処理されて、上記製品の上記ベース部の上記溶接区に照射されて、上記溶接区を加熱することである。
上記のライトパイプ本体は、上記の若干の固定用穴により上記の固定される上部治具に固定されたことにより、上記の製品の上記ベース部の上記溶接区とマッチングするように構成したことである。
上記のレーザー光源からの上記レーザービームは、上記ライトパイプ本体により整形されて、ストリップ状光点になり、上記のストリップ状光点は、上記溶接対象物の上記溶接区に照射されて、上記溶接区を加熱することである。
0<H<0.4mm、
0<W<0.4mmであることである。
Claims (12)
- 製品のベース部と、上記製品の透明部材とを含む溶接対象物を溶接するレーザーシンクロ溶接プロセス用のレーザーシンクロ溶接装置において、
リフティングシリンダーと、
上記リフティングシリンダーに固定して設けられる第一載荷板と、
溶接用シリンダーを介して上記第一載荷板に設けられる第二載荷板と、
上記第二載荷板に固定して設けられる、上記製品の上記ベース部を挟むための移動できる下部治具と、
上記移動できる下部治具に向いて、上記移動できる下部治具の上方に設けられ、上記製品の上記透明部材を挟むための固定される上部治具と、
上記固定される上部治具の上に設けられるレーザー光源と、
上記レーザー光源と上記製品の上記透明部材との間にあるライトパイプと、を含み、
上記リフティングシリンダーは、上記第一載荷板と第二載荷板とを介して、上記製品の上記透明部材が上記製品の上記ベース部に密着するように、溶接するところに上記製品の上記ベース部を移動させ、
上記ライトパイプにより、上記レーザー光源からのレーザービームは、整形され、上記製品の上記透明部材を透過し、上記製品の上記ベース部の溶接区に集束され、上記溶接区を加熱すると同時に、
上記溶接用シリンダーは、上記第二載荷板を介して、上記移動できる下部治具を駆動させ、上記製品の上記ベース部と、上記製品の上記透明部材とに圧力をかけて、上記溶接対象物を溶接することを特徴とするレーザーシンクロ溶接装置。 - 上記移動できる下部治具に上記製品の金型を固定して設け、かつ
上記製品の上記ベース部は、上記製品の上記金型に固定して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザーシンクロ溶接装置。 - 上記ライトパイプは、ライトパイプ本体と、ライトパイプ固定用ブロックとを含み、
上記ライトパイプ固定用ブロックは、上記固定される上部治具に固定されて、
上記レーザー光源からの上記レーザービームは、上記ライトパイプ本体により処理されて、上記製品の上記ベース部の上記溶接区を加熱することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のレーザーシンクロ溶接装置。 - 上記固定される上部治具に若干の固定用穴を設け、
上記ライトパイプ本体は、上記若干の固定用穴により上記固定される上部治具に固定されたことにより、上記溶接対象物の上記溶接区とマッチングするように構成したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のレーザーシンクロ溶接装置。 - 上記ライトパイプ本体は、管状構造であり、
上記レーザー光源からの上記レーザービームは、上記ライトパイプ本体により処理されて、均一に分布しているストリップ状光点になって、上記溶接対象物の上記溶接区に照射され、当該溶接区を加熱することを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のレーザーシンクロ溶接装置。 - 上記ライトパイプ本体の材質は、透明的な材質であることを特徴とする請求項3ないし5のいずれかに記載のレーザーシンクロ溶接装置。
- 製品のベース部と、上記製品の透明部材とを含む溶接対象物の溶接のためのレーザーシンクロ溶接プロセスにおいて,
上記製品の上記ベース部を、移動できる下部治具に設けられている上記製品の金型に固定して、外形の位置決めをするステップと、
上記製品の上記透明部材が、上記製品の上記ベース部の上にあるように、固定される上部治具に挟まれるステップと、
リフティングシリンダーにより、上記製品の上記ベース部が、駆動されて、溶接点まで移動され、上記製品の上記透明部材と上記製品の上記ベース部とを密着させるステップと、
レーザー光源からのレーザービームが、ライトパイプで処理されて、上記製品の上記透明部材を透過して、上記製品の上記ベース部の溶接区に集束して、上記溶接区を加熱すると同時に、上記溶接用シリンダーが上記移動できる下部治具を駆動し、上記製品のベース部と上記製品の上記透明部材とに圧力をかけて上記溶接対象物を溶接するステップと
を含むことを特徴とするレーザーシンクロ溶接プロセス。 - 上記ライトパイプは、ライトパイプ本体と、ライトパイプ固定用ブロックとを含み、
上記ライトパイプ固定用ブロックは、上記固定される上部治具に固定され、
上記レーザー光源からの上記レーザービームは、上記ライトパイプ本体により処理されて、上記溶接区を加熱することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のレーザーシンクロ溶接プロセス。 - 上記固定される上部治具に若干の固定用穴が形成され、
上記ライトパイプ本体は、上記若干の固定用穴により上記固定される上部治具に固定されたことにより、上記製品の上記ベース部の上記溶接区とマッチングするように構成したことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のレーザーシンクロ溶接プロセス。 - 上記ライトパイプ本体は、管状構造であり、
上記レーザー光源からの上記レーザービームは、上記ライトパイプ本体により処理されて、上記製品の上記ベース部の上記溶接区に照射され、上記溶接区を加熱することを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載のレーザーシンクロ溶接装置。 - 上記ライトパイプ本体の材質は、透明的な材質であることを特徴とする請求項8ないし10のいずれかに記載のレーザーシンクロ溶接プロセス。
- 上記レーザーシンクロ溶接プロセスにより上記溶接対象物が溶接される場合、粉末が出なく、かつ出た廃棄端(waste selvage)のサイズとしての高さHと幅Wは、それぞれ以下の式を満足する、
0<H<0.4mm、
0<W<0.4mm
ことを特徴とする請求項8ないし11のいずれかに記載のレーザーシンクロ溶接プロセス。
