Abstract
Description
モータと、
モータの出力軸に固定されて接続されたピニオン歯車及びピニオン歯車に噛み合う伝動歯車を備えた減速伝動段と、
伝動歯車の回転運動を、出力コネクティングロッドの直線運動へと変換するリニア伝動段と、を有し、出力コネクティングロッドは単に直線的に動かされるようにスリーブ部材内に収容されている、リニア駆動装置であって、
伝動歯車に螺旋溝が設けられており、螺旋溝内で動くことができる従動体が螺旋溝に収容されていて、従動体は出力コネクティングロッドに接続部材を介して接続されていて、接続部材は直角部材(アングル部材)として設計されている、リニア駆動装置を提供する。

Claims (11)
- モータ(2)と、
該モータの出力軸に固定されて接続されたピニオン歯車(5)及び該ピニオン歯車(5)に噛み合う伝動歯車(6)を備えた減速伝動段と、
前記伝動歯車(6)の回転運動を、出力コネクティングロッド(7)の直線運動へと変換するリニア伝動段と、を有し、前記出力コネクティングロッドは単に直線的に動かされるようにスリーブ部材(10)内に収容されている、リニア駆動装置(1)であって、
前記伝動歯車(6)に螺旋溝(8)が設けられており、該螺旋溝(8)内で動くことができる従動体(9)が前記螺旋溝(8)に収容されていて、前記従動体(9)は前記出力コネクティングロッド(7)に接続部材(17)を介して接続されていて、該接続部材(17)は直角部材として設計されていることを特徴とする、リニア駆動装置。 - 前記従動体(9)は、ベアリング(91)と、該ベアリング(91)の内輪に挿入されたピン軸(92)とを有している、請求項1記載のリニア駆動装置。
- 前記従動体(9)の前記ピン軸(92)を接続する第1の孔(18)が、前記接続部材(17)の鉛直面に設けられている、請求項2記載のリニア駆動装置。
- 前記出力コネクティングロッド(7)のコネクティングロッドジャーナル(71)を接続する第2の孔(19)が、前記接続部材(17)の水平面に設けられている、請求項3記載のリニア駆動装置。
- 位置センサのセンサポインタ(22)を接続する第3の孔(20)が、前記接続部材(17)の前記鉛直面にさらに設けられている、請求項4記載のリニア駆動装置。
- 前記第1の孔(18)と、前記第2の孔(19)と、前記第3の孔(20)の中心軸線は全て、前記接続部材(17)の中央平面(A)に位置している、請求項5記載のリニア駆動装置。
- 弓形の翼部分(21)が、前記接続部材(17)の前記鉛直面に設けられている、請求項1記載のリニア駆動装置。
- 前記接続部材(17)の前記鉛直面と前記水平面とが互いに接続する直角の角に、内側に向かって凹状の2つの補強リブ(23)が設けられている、請求項1記載のリニア駆動装置。
- 前記補強リブ(23)はスタンピングにより成形されている、かつ/又は前記補強リブ(23)は前記鉛直面に30°〜60°の角度を成して交差している、請求項8記載のリニア駆動装置。
- 直角部材として設計されている接続部材(17)であって、該接続部材(17)の鉛直面に第1の孔(18)が設けられていて、前記接続部材(17)の水平面に第2の孔(19)が設けられていて、前記接続部材(17)の前記鉛直面に第3の孔(20)がさらに設けられており、前記第1の孔(18)と前記第2の孔(19)と前記第3の孔(20)の中心軸線は全て、前記接続部材(17)の中央平面に位置していて、前記接続部材(17)の前記鉛直面に弓形の翼部分(21)が設けられていることを特徴とする接続部材。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のリニア駆動装置(1)を有していることを特徴とする、エンジンの排ガス再循環回路で使用される排ガス再循環制御バルブ。
