(2).(A)スチレン系樹脂および(B)ポリ乳酸の合計100質量部に対して、(C)メジアン径が1μm以下である酸化物0.1〜5質量部とを含有する樹脂組成物。
(3).(B)ポリ乳酸のD体比率が2.5モル%以下である(1)もしくは(2)に記載の樹脂組成物。
(4).(C)メジアン径が1μm以下である酸化物が酸化アンチモン、酸化スズおよび/または酸化チタンから選ばれる(1)〜(3)のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物。
(5).(1)〜(4)のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物を射出成形して得られる射出成形体。

測定装置:コールター製レーザー回析方式粒子アナライザーLS−230型
測定装置:島津製作所製 遠心沈降式粒度分布測定装置 SA−CP4L
測定は、作製したペレットを用いて示差走査熱量計(DSC)により、10℃/分の昇温速度で、25℃から200℃まで昇温した後、200℃で1分間保持し、以下の条件で冷却した。降温時に観測されるポリ乳酸の結晶化に由来する発熱ピークから結晶化温度を測定した。

測定温度:200〜25℃
降温速度:10℃/min
雰囲気:窒素
流量:50 mL/min
射出成形機:日本製鋼所株式会社製J100E−P
シリンダー温度:220℃
金型温度:80℃
冷却時間が30秒を超えると、成形サイクルが増加し成形品の生産性が低下するため、30秒以下を合格とした。
シャルピー衝撃強度が7kJ/m2未満だと成形品の耐衝撃性が不十分なので、7kJ/m2以上を合格とした。なお、シャルピー衝撃試験用試験片は、A型試験片(ダンベル)の中央部より切り出し、切削でノッチ(タイプA、r=0.25mm)を入れ、試験に用いた。
Claims (5)
- (A)スチレン系樹脂、(B)ポリ乳酸および(C)メジアン径が1μm以下である酸化物とを含有する樹脂組成物。
- (A)スチレン系樹脂および(B)ポリ乳酸の合計100質量部に対して、(C)メジアン径が1μm以下である酸化物0.1〜5質量部とを含有する樹脂組成物。
- (B)ポリ乳酸のD体比率が2.5モル%以下である請求項1もしくは2に記載の樹脂組成物。
- (C)メジアン径が1μm以下である酸化物が酸化アンチモン、酸化スズおよび/または酸化チタンから選ばれる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物を射出成形して得られる射出成形体。
