Abstract
【解決手段】インタンクバルブ10において、ボディ16の他端部には検出センサ36を有した検出部20が設けられ、前記検出センサ36は、センサハウジング34の内部に収納される。このセンサハウジング34には、開放されたセンサ収納部69の内部にセンサ保持部52が形成され、前記センサ保持部52の第1連通孔56に臨むように検出センサ36が設けられる。この検出センサ36に接続されたリード線80が配線口72から外部へと屈曲するように導かれることで、該配線口72を好適に塞いで水素ガスの検出センサ36側への進入を防止している。

検出部は、温度を検知するセンサ部と、
センサ部に接続される配線と、
内部にセンサ部を固定する固定部を有し、配線の少なくとも一部を収容する筐体と、
を備え、
筐体の外周面には、配線を筐体の外部へ取り出す配線口が形成され、配線口がセンサ部の軸線方向に対して傾斜した方向に開口することを特徴とする。
検出部は、温度を検知するセンサ部と、

内部にセンサ部を固定する固定部を有し、配線の少なくとも一部を収容する筐体と、

筐体の内部空間は、固定部によって分離されセンサ部の配置されるセンサ空間部を有し、
固定部は、センサ空間部とタンク内とを連通させる少なくとも1つ以上の連通孔を備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 内部に高圧ガスを貯蔵するタンクに設けられ、該高圧ガスの温度を検出するための検出部を前記タンク内に有したインタンクバルブにおいて、
前記検出部は、前記温度を検知するセンサ部と、
該センサ部に接続される配線と、
内部にセンサ部を固定する固定部を有し、前記配線の少なくとも一部を収容する筐体と、
を備え、
前記筐体の外周面には、前記配線を前記筐体の外部へ取り出す配線口が形成され、前記配線口が前記センサ部の軸線方向に対して傾斜した方向に開口することを特徴とするインタンクバルブ。 - 内部に高圧ガスを貯蔵するタンクに設けられ、該高圧ガスの温度を検出するための検出部を有したインタンクバルブにおいて、
前記検出部は、前記温度を検知するセンサ部と、
該センサ部に接続される配線と、
内部に該センサ部を固定する固定部を有し、前記配線の少なくとも一部を収容する筐体と、
を備え、
前記筐体の内部空間は、前記固定部によって分離され前記センサ部の配置されるセンサ空間部を有し、
前記固定部は、前記センサ空間部と前記タンク内とを連通させる少なくとも1つ以上の連通孔を備えることを特徴とするインタンクバルブ。 - 請求項2記載のインタンクバルブにおいて、
前記連通孔は、測定部を有した前記センサ部の軸方向端部に臨むように配置されることを特徴とするインタンクバルブ。 - 請求項2又は3記載のインタンクバルブにおいて、
前記連通孔は、前記センサ部の軸線と略直交する側面に臨むように配置されることを特徴とするインタンクバルブ。
