Abstract
【解決手段】ハウジング(2)内で回転可能なツールキャリアスピンドル(3)を備え、ハウジングが、ハウジング(2)に対してスピンドルを自動的に前進させる伝達システム(2)を収容し、伝達システム(5)が送り歯車(15)を含む、軸方向機械加工装置(1)を提供し、スピンドル(3)の前進方向(A)とは反対の第1の軸方向で送り歯車(15)を付勢する弾性戻り部材(40)を含み、軸方向構成要素を有する起伏のある軌道路上で転動し、これにより送り歯車(15)を周期的に付勢して第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向で移動させ、スピンドル(3)の回転が軸方向振動運動に付随して起こるようになる転動部材(51)を有する第1の転動軸受(50)を含む。

Claims (16)
- ハウジング(2)内で回転可能なツールキャリアスピンドル(3)を備え、前記ハウジングが、回転駆動される前記ツールキャリアスピンドルの作用により前記ハウジングに対してスピンドルを自動的に前進させる伝達システム(2)を収容し、前記伝達システムが前記スピンドル上にネジで結合された送り歯車(15)を含む、軸方向機械加工装置(1)であって、
前記スピンドルの前進方向(A)とは反対の第1の軸方向に前記送り歯車を付勢する弾性戻り部材(40)と、
軸方向構成要素を有する起伏のある軌道路上で転動し、これにより前記送り歯車(15)を周期的に付勢して第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向に移動させ、前記スピンドルの回転が軸方向振動運動に付随して起こるようになる転動部材(51)を有する第1の転動軸受(50)と、を含む、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記第1の転動軸受(50)がローラー(51)を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記起伏軌道路が、前記ツールキャリアスピンドルの回転当たりの非整数の振動周期を提示する、請求項1又は2の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記起伏軌道路が、前記スピンドルの回転当たりの無理数の振動周期を生成する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記伝達システム(5)が、前記ツールキャリアスピンドル(3)を回転駆動する機能を果たし且つ前記ハウジングに対して軸方向への移動を可能にして前記ハウジング(2)内に配置される回転歯車(10)を含む、請求項1から4の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記回転歯車(10)が、前記送り歯車(15)と前記第1の転動軸受(50)との間に位置する、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記送り歯車(15)と前記回転歯車(10)との間に配置された第2の転動軸受(17)を含む、請求項5又は6の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記送り歯車(15)が、第3の転動軸受、詳細にはニードル軸受(98)内で回転する、請求項1から7の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記弾性戻り部材(40)が、前記ツールキャリアスピンドル(3)を貫通させるバネワッシャを備える、請求項1から8の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記バネワッシャが、前記ツールキャリアスピンドル(3)が通過する第4の転動軸受、詳細には2列のボールを有する軸受(99)の半径方向内側リングに当接している、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の方向が前記スピンドルの前進方向(A)とは反対である、請求項1から9の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記起伏軌道路が奇数の起伏を有する、請求項1から11の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記第1の転動軸受(50)は、平坦リング(52)と起伏リング(53)とを有し、転動部材(51)がこれらの間で回転し、前記起伏リング(53)は、起伏軌道路を定め、前記平坦リング(52)または前記起伏リング(53)は、前記装置内で固定である、請求項1から請求項11の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記ツールキャリアスピンドルの回転当たりの振動周期の数は、1と3の間にある、請求項3または請求項4に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から14の何れかにおいて定義された装置(1)を使用する、加工物において軸方向機械加工を実施する方法。
- カウンターシンク又はカウンターボーリング加工作業に適用される、請求項15に記載の方法。
