Abstract
【解決手段】軸流機械の翼は、径方向に延伸する翼本体39と、径方向における翼本体39の端部40に設けられ、翼本体39を支持し且つ翼本体39が設置される流路の壁として板状に形成されるプラットフォーム(エンドウォール)41と、プラットフォーム41の裏面41dから、翼本体39と離れる方向に突出して形成される少なくとも1つの凸部15とを備える。凸部15は、プラットフォーム41の縁部41cが一次振動モードの自由端として振動するときの一次振動モードの節部を発生させる部分と一体的に形成される。

Claims (8)
- 径方向に延伸する翼本体と、
前記径方向における前記翼本体の端部に設けられ、前記翼本体を支持し且つ前記翼本体が設置される流路の壁として板状に形成されるエンドウォールと、
前記エンドウォールの裏面から、前記翼本体と離れる方向に突出して形成される少なくとも1つの凸部と
を備え、
前記凸部は、前記エンドウォールの縁部が一次振動モードの自由端として振動するときの前記一次振動モードの節部を発生させる部分と一体的に形成され、前記一次振動モードの固有振動数を上昇させることを特徴する軸流機械の翼。 - 前記凸部は、前記エンドウォールの縁部において前記一次振動モードの腹部に相当する部分に向けて延伸していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸流機械の翼。
- 前記凸部は、前記エンドウォールにおいて発生する複数の一次振動モードのそれぞれに対して個別に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の軸流機械の翼。
- 前記一次振動モードの節部を発生させる部分は、前記エンドウォールにおいて前記翼本体の前記端部に接続する部分であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の軸流機械の翼。
- 前記エンドウォールの上流側及び下流側に設けられるフランジを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の軸流機械の翼。
- 前記エンドウォールは前記翼本体のプラットフォームとして形成され、
前記エンドウォールの前記裏面に設けられ、支持部材に嵌合する形状を含み、前記一次振動モードの節部を発生させる部分として機能するダブテイルを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の軸流機械の翼。 - 前記エンドウォールと前記凸部は同一材料から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の軸流機械の翼。
- 径方向に延伸する翼本体と、
前記径方向における前記翼本体の端部に設けられ、前記翼本体を支持し且つ前記翼本体が設置される流路の壁として板状に形成されるエンドウォールと、
前記エンドウォールの裏面から、前記翼本体と離れる方向に突出して形成される少なくとも1つの凸部と
を備え、
前記凸部は前記エンドウォールの縁部から離間していることを特徴とする軸流機械の翼。
