Abstract
Description
薬剤を自動または半自動で注射するための薬剤送達装置が長年にわたり公知である。第1世代の注射器はできるだけ速やかに薬剤を送達するよう設計されているだけであったが、非臨床的状況での患者による装置の使用が増加してきたことで、さらなる取扱いおよび安全機能を提供することが必要になってきた。
図1は、本発明に係る薬剤送達装置の斜視図を示す。当該装置は、装置の長手方向軸Lに沿って見たときに近位端および遠位端を有する概して円筒形の細長いハウジング10を備えている。装置の近位端は、保護キャップ20をさらに備えていてもよい。
Claims (17)
- 薬剤送達装置であって、
接続可能な送達部材(28)を有するまたは接続可能な送達部材(28)を持たない薬剤容器(24)を受けるように適合されたハウジング(10)と、
作用を受けた結果、前記薬剤容器(24)に作用する駆動機構(90)と、
前記駆動機構(90)を保持することができる第1の位置から、前記駆動機構(90)を解放することができる第2の位置に移動可能であり、その結果、前記送達部材(28)を介して薬剤を放出することが可能になる作動部材(48)と、
第1の位置から第2の位置への前記作動部材(48)の移動を防止するロッキング位置と、第1の位置から第2の位置への前記作動部材(48)の移動を可能にする解放位置との間で移動可能なインターロック部材(46)とを備え、前記装置は、前記装置が使用されたことを示すためのインジケータを有し、これは前記作動部材(48)が第2の位置に保持されることによって提供され、
前記作動部材は、少なくとも1つのラッチ突起(58)を備え、前記駆動機構は、前記作動部材(48)が第2の位置にあるときに前記ラッチ突起(58)がラッチする対応するラッチ面(64)を備えることを特徴とする、薬剤送達装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのラッチ突起(58)は、少なくとも1つの可撓性セクション(62)と、前記装置の遠位方向に面する端面(63)とを備える、請求項1に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのラッチ突起(58)は、前記作動部材(48)の近位に向けられたアーム(60)に一体化されている、請求項2に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記ラッチ面(64)は、前記作動部材(48)が第2の位置にあるときに前記面(63,64)がラッチ係合されるように前記装置の近位方向に面している、請求項3に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記駆動機構(90)は、保持部材(70)と、プランジャ部材(72)と、駆動ばね(74)と、信号発生部材(76)とを備える、請求項4に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記ラッチ面(64)は、前記保持部材(70)の外面の環状突出部(68)の近位に向けられた面である、請求項5に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記環状突出部(68)は、側面(65)を有する切抜き部を備え、前記切抜き部を通って、前記作動部材(48)の前記近位に向けられたアーム(60)が延びることができる、請求項6に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記作動部材(48)が前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に特定の距離だけ移動されると前記側面(65)によって付勢され、前記少なくとも1つのラッチ突起(58)の前記端面(63)が前記切抜き部を通過すると、前記可撓性セクション(62)が前記少なくとも1つのラッチ突起(58)を戻すように付勢し、それによって前記少なくとも1つのラッチ突起(58)の前記端面63が前記環状突出部(68)の前記近位に向けられた面(64)とラッチするように、前記少なくとも1つのラッチ突起(58)は構成されている、請求項7に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのラッチ突起(58)は、前記側面(65)を通過したときに触知可能応答および可聴応答を提供するように配置されたノッチ(102)を備える、請求項8に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記側面(65)は、傾斜したセクション(104)を備える、請求項9に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記作動部材(48)は、前記インターロック部材(46)を通るように設けられた押しボタン(54)を形成する概して管状の遠位部を備え、前記概して管状の遠位部は、前記インターロック部材(46)の横方向に延びる溝(47)および長手方向に延びる溝(44)に嵌合するように構成された隆起部(52)を外面に備える、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記隆起部(52)が前記横方向に延びる溝(47)内に位置決めされるとき、前記インターロック部材(46)は前記ロッキング位置にあり、前記隆起部(52)が前記長手方向に延びる溝(44)と一直線に位置決めされるとき、前記インターロック部材(46)は前記解放位置にある、請求項11に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記保持部材(70)は、径方向に可撓性があり得る少なくとも1つの遠位に向けられたアーム(78)を備え、前記少なくとも1つの遠位に向けられたアーム(78)は、前記プランジャロッド(72)の切抜き部または貫通孔(82)に嵌合するように設計された内向きに向けられたフック(80)と、前記作動部材(48)の内面および前記作動部材(48)の貫通孔(39)と相互作用するように設計された外向きに向けられた隆起部(79)とを備えていてもよい、請求項5から8のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記フック(80)が前記プランジャロッド(72)の前記切抜き部または貫通孔(82)に係合されるように前記作動部材が前記遠位に向けられたアーム(78)を取囲んで配置されるとき、前記作動部材(48)は前記第1の位置にある、請求項13に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記押しボタン(54)が完全に前記インターロック部材(46)内に位置決めされ、その結果、前記隆起部(79)が前記貫通孔(39)に入ることが可能になり、それによって前記アーム(78)を径方向外向きに移動させることが可能になり、前記フック(80)が前記プランジャロッド(72)との係合を解除することが可能になるとき、前記作動部材(48)は前記第2の位置にある、請求項13または14に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記薬剤送達装置は注射装置である、請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記注射装置はペン型注射器または自動注射器である、請求項7に記載の薬剤送達装置。
