Claims (13)
- 自動車(1)用の超音波センサ構成(2)であって、特にバンパーであるトリム要素(3)と、ラジエータグリル(4)と、超音波信号を発信および/または受信する膜(11)を各々含む少なくとも1個の第1および1個の第2の超音波センサ(5、6)とを含み、前記第1の超音波センサ(5)の前記膜(11)が前記トリム要素(3)を介して超音波信号を発信および/または受信するように、前記第1の超音波センサ(5)が自身の膜(11)と共に前記トリム要素(3)の裏側に配置されていて、前記第2の超音波センサ(6)が前記ラジエータグリル(4)の上に配置されていて、
前記第2の超音波センサ(6)を離調することにより前記第2の超音波センサ(6)の発信および/または受信挙動を前記第1の超音波センサ(5)の発信および/または受信挙動に適合させる離調手段(7、9)を特徴とする超音波センサ構成(2)。 - 前記第1および第2の超音波センサ(5、6)が、非搭載状態において同一共振周波数を有するような同一設計のセンサであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超音波センサ構成(2)。
- 前記離調手段(7、9)により、前記第2の超音波センサ(6)により発信される超音波信号の周波数が、前記第1の超音波センサ(5)により発信される超音波信号の周波数に適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の超音波センサ構成(2)。
- 前記離調手段(7、9)が、前記第2の超音波センサ(5、6)を離調すべく前記第2の超音波センサ(6)の前記膜(11)の前面(10)に接触して配置された円盤状の離調要素(9)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の超音波センサ構成(2)。
- 前記離調要素(9)が前記膜(11)の前面(10)接着されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の超音波センサ構成(2)。
- 前記離調要素(9)がプラスチックから形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の超音波センサ構成(2)。
- 前記離調要素(9)が前記トリム要素(3)と同一材料から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4から6のいずれか1項に記載の超音波センサ構成(2)。
- 前記トリム要素(9)が、前記第1の超音波センサ(5)の前記膜(11)に接触している領域において前記トリム要素(3)と厚さが同一であることを特徴とする、請求項4から7のいずれか1項に記載の超音波センサ構成(2)。
- 前記超音波センサ構成(2)が、特にセラミックから形成されていて前記第2の超音波センサ(6)のポット状の前記膜(11)に周囲に配置された環状補強要素(21)を含み、前記離調要素(9)が前記第2の超音波センサ(6)の前記膜(11)の前面(22)および前記補強要素(21)の前面(10)の両方に接触すべく配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項4から8のいずれか1項に記載の超音波センサ構成(2)。
- 前記離調手段(7、9)が、前記第2の超音波センサ(6)を離調すべく前記センサ(6)を励起周波数とは異なる共振周波数で動作させるべく構成された電子制御装置(7)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の超音波センサ構成(2)。
- 前記制御装置(7)が、励起周波数を、前記第2の超音波センサ(6)により発信される超音波信号の周波数が前記第1の超音波センサ(5)により発信される超音波信号の周波数に等しい値に設定すべく構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の超音波センサ構成(2)。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の超音波センサ構成(2)を含む自動車(1)。
- 自動車(1)の少なくとも2個の超音波センサ(5、6)を動作させる方法において、第1の超音波センサ(5、6)の膜(11)がトリム要素(3)を介して超音波信号を発信および/または受信すべく前記第1の超音波センサ(5、6)が自身の膜(11)と共に自動車(1)のトリム要素(3)、特にバンパーの裏側に配置されていて、第2の超音波センサ(5、6)が前記自動車(1)のラジエータグリル(4)上に配置されていて、
前記離調手段により前記第2の超音波センサ(5、6)が離調されるため、その発信および/または受信挙動が前記第1の超音波センサ(5、6)の発信および/または受信挙動に適合されることを特徴とする方法。
