Claims (14)
- 風力発電プラントのタワー(1)において、少なくとも2つのコーナーバー(1.10)を具えるラチスタワーまたはトラスタワーの形態の低層部(1.1)と、断面が略円形の管状タワーの形態の上層部(1.2)とを有し、個々のコーナーバー(1.10)のそれぞれが、縦方向にともに連結される複数の鋼管材(1.11、1.12)から組み立てられ、個々のコーナーバー(1.10)はそれぞれ、ねじを保持するための有孔のフランジ(1.13)が設けられた少なくとも3つの前記鋼管材(1.11、1.12)から組み立てられ、前記コーナーバー(1.10)は、前記フランジに取り付けられるクロスストラット(1.15)、および/またはテンションストラット(1.17)によってともに連結され、個々のコーナーバー(1.10)のそれぞれの前記鋼管材(1.11、1.12)は、スパイラル溶接された鋼管材であることを特徴とするタワー。
- 請求項1に記載のタワーにおいて、個々のフランジ(1.13)のそれぞれが環状のフランジの形態であり、略水平面上に配置されていることを特徴とするタワー。
- 請求項2に記載のタワーにおいて、前記環状のフランジ(1.13)が設けられた前記鋼管材(1.11、1.12)の端部は、当該鋼管材(1.11、1.12)の各切断端が、前記ラチスタワーまたはトラスタワー(1.1)が完全に組み立てられた状態で略水平状となるように、斜めに切断されていることを特徴とするタワー。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のタワーにおいて、個々のフランジ(1.13)のそれぞれが、対応する前記鋼管材(1.11、1.12)に結合的に連結されていることを特徴とするタワー。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のタワーにおいて、前記ラチスタワーまたはトラスタワー(1.1)の高さの1区画を形成する前記鋼管材(1.11;1.12)が、同一の部品として構成されていることを特徴とするタワー。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のタワーにおいて、前記クロスストラット(1.15)が、略水平に延在する鉄鋼材から形成されていることを特徴とするタワー。
- 請求項6に記載のタワーにおいて、前記略水平に延在する鉄鋼材(1.15)が、同一の部品として構成されていることを特徴とするタワー。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のタワーにおいて、個々のクロスストラット(1.15)のそれぞれの端部が、凹型、あり継ぎ状、または多角インデントに形成された端面(1.16)を有することを特徴とするタワー。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のタワーにおいて、前記テンションストラット(1.17)が、斜め方向に延びるワイヤケーブルから形成されていることを特徴とするタワー。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のタワーにおいて、1または複数の前記テンションストラット(1.17)のそれぞれに、対応するテンションストラットの長さを調節する張力付与装置が設けられていることを特徴とするタワー。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のタワーにおいて、個々のコーナーバー(1.10)のそれぞれの前記鋼管材(1.11、1.12)が、15mmから30mmの範囲の管の壁厚を有することを特徴とするタワー。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のタワーにおいて、個々のコーナーバー(1.10)それぞれの鋼管材(1.11、1.12)の直径が、500mmから1800mmの範囲であることを特徴とするタワー。
- 請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のタワーにおいて、前記管状タワー(1.2)が、円錐形または円筒形の鋼管タワーとして構成されていることを特徴とするタワー。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載のタワーにおいて、前記管状タワー(1.2)が、円錐形のまたは円錐台状のケーシング形状の縦方向の部分(1.21)を、前記ラチスタワーまたはトラスタワー(1.1)に面する端部に有することを特徴とするタワー。
