Claims (8)
- プレートブランク(20、21)によって、中央フランジ(12)、2つの側部(13、14)、および2つの側部フランジ(15、16)を有する帽子型プロファイルに形成され、その長さの一部の上に補強プレート(21)を有し、2重プレートBピラーを形成するBピラーであって、
補強プレート(21)が、その長さの少なくとも1/4にわたって側部フランジ(15、16)の上に延び、その端部の両方で細くなり、その結果、側部フランジの上で、その長さの一部にわたって延出しないことを特徴とするBピラー。 - 補強プレート(21)は、側部フランジ(15、16)の上で、その長さの少なくとも半分にわたって延出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のBピラー。
- 補強プレート(21)は、側部フランジの縁部から両方向で、共に補強プレートの長さの少なくとも1/3である長さにわたって細くなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のBピラー。
- 補強プレートが側部フランジの上で延出する帽子型プロファイルの部分にある上部ドアヒンジ用の締結穴(24)を特徴とする請求項1に記載のBピラー。
- 補強プレートが側部フランジの上で延出しない部分にある下部ドアヒンジ用の締結穴(25)を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のBピラー。
- 補強プレート(21)の端部は、中央フランジ(12)だけを覆うことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のBピラー。
- 平面のプレートにおけるブランクを形成し、該ブランクを補強プレート(21)と共に配置し、該補強プレートを速く溶接することによって請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のBピラーを製造する方法であって、その長さの少なくとも1/4にわたってブランクの幅全体を覆い、その両端がブランクの縁部から共にブランクの長さの少なくとも1/3にわたって細くなる補強プレート(21)が選択されることを特徴とする前記方法。
- ブランクは、オーステナイト温度に加熱され、冷却工具対内で形成されること、および形成される製品は、成形工具対内で硬化されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
