- 配列番号7に示す配列および配列番号13に示す配列から選択される重鎖CDR1、配列番号8に示す配列および配列番号14に示す配列から選択される重鎖CDR2、配列番号9に示す配列および配列番号15に示す配列から選択される重鎖CDR3、配列番号10に示す配列および配列番号16に示す配列から選択される軽鎖CDR1、配列番号11に示す配列および配列番号17に示す配列から選択される軽鎖CDR2、および配列番号12に示す配列および配列番号18に示す配列から選択される軽鎖CDR3、ならびにその類似体および誘導体を有する、ヒトCEACAM1を認識するモノクローナル抗体またはその抗体フラグメント。
- 配列番号13、14、15、16、17および18に示すCDR配列を有する、請求項1に記載のモノクローナル抗体またはそのフラグメント。
- 配列番号7、8、9、10、11および12に示すCDR配列を有する、請求項1に記載のモノクローナル抗体またはそのフラグメント。
- 配列番号26に示す配列を有する重鎖可変ドメイン配列、または前記重鎖配列と少なくとも90%の配列同一性を有するその類似体もしくは誘導体を含む、請求項1に記載のモノクローナル抗体またはそのフラグメント。
- 配列番号28に示す配列を有する軽鎖可変ドメイン配列、または前記軽鎖配列と少なくとも90%の配列同一性を有するその類似体もしくは誘導体を含む、請求項1に記載のモノクローナル抗体またはそのフラグメント。
- 配列番号26に示す配列を有する重鎖可変ドメインおよび配列番号28に示す配列を有する軽鎖可変ドメイン、あるいは前記抗体またはフラグメント配列と少なくとも90%の配列同一性を有するその類似体または誘導体を含む、請求項1に記載のモノクローナル抗体またはそのフラグメント。
- マウスIgG2a、マウスIgG2b、マウスIgG3、ヒトIgG1、ヒトIgG2、ヒトIgG3からなる群から選択されるフレームワーク配列を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のモノクローナル抗体またはそのフラグメント。

- 配列番号30で示される重鎖配列、または前記抗体の重鎖配列と少なくとも90%の配列同一性を有するその類似体もしくは誘導体を含む、請求項1に記載のモノクローナル抗体またはそのフラグメント。
- 配列番号31で示される軽鎖配列、または前記抗体の軽鎖配列と少なくとも90%の配列同一性を有するその類似体もしくは誘導体を含む、請求項1に記載のモノクローナル抗体またはそのフラグメント。
- 配列番号30で示される重鎖配列および配列番号31で示される軽鎖配列、または前記配列と少なくとも90%の配列同一性を有するその類似体もしくは誘導体を含む、請求項1に記載のモノクローナル抗体またはそのフラグメント。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項のモノクローナル抗体が結合するエピトープと同一のエピトープに結合することができる、CEACAM1を認識するモノクローナル抗体、または少なくとも抗原結合部分を含むそのフラグメント。
- 前記エピトープが、それぞれ配列VLLLVHNLPQQLF(配列番号32)およびYPNASLLIQNVT(配列番号33)を有するヒトCEACAM1の残基17〜29および68〜79中のエピトープである、請求項14に記載のモノクローナル抗体またはそのフラグメント。
- 配列VLLLVHNLPQQLF(配列番号32)およびPNASLLI(配列番号34)、またはその親配列と少なくとも85%の配列同一性を有する類似体もしくは誘導体を含む、単離ペプチド。
- CEACAM1を認識する抗体を産生するための、請求項16に記載の単離ペプチドの使用。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のモノクローナル抗体または抗体フラグメントをコードする単離ポリヌクレオチド配列。

- 前記疾患または障害が、細胞増殖性もしくは血管新生関連の疾患または障害である、請求項24に記載の使用。
- 前記疾患または障害が、がんである、請求項25に記載の使用。
- 前記処置が、CEACAM発現リンパ球を、前記モノクローナル抗体または抗体フラグメントと接触させることを含む、請求項24に記載の使用。
- 前記処置が、CEACAM発現腫瘍細胞の移動を阻害するために、CEACAM発現腫瘍細胞を、前記モノクローナル抗体または抗体フラグメントと接触させることを含む、請求項24に記載の使用。
- 前記処置が、有効量の前記モノクローナル抗体または抗体フラグメント、および抗新生物組成物を投与することを含み、前記抗新生物組成物が、少なくとも1種の化学療法剤を含み、それによって、前記抗体および前記抗新生物組成物の同時投与が、生存期間または生存の進行を有効に向上させる、請求項24に記載の使用。
