Abstract
Description

ここで、さらなる実施形態において、薬学的に活性な化合物は、糖尿病、または糖尿病性網膜症などの糖尿病関連の合併症、深部静脈血栓塞栓症または肺血栓塞栓症などの血栓塞栓症、急性冠症候群(ACS)、狭心症、心筋梗塞、がん、黄斑変性症、炎症、枯草熱、アテローム性動脈硬化症および/または関節リウマチの処置および/または予防に有用であり、
ここで、さらなる実施形態において、薬学的に活性な化合物は、糖尿病または糖尿病性網膜症などの糖尿病に関連する合併症の処置および/または予防のための少なくとも1つのペプチドを含み、

Claims (15)
- 自動注射器(1)であって、
ケース(2)と;
該ケース(2)内に摺動可能に配置されるシャーシ(8)と;
該シャーシ(8)に動作可能に連結されるシリンジ・キャリア(4)と;
該シャーシ(8)と選択的に係合される外側プランジャ(7)と;
該外側プランジャ(7)と選択的に係合される内側プランジャ(12)と;
外側プランジャ(7)に付勢力を加える駆動ばね(6)とを備え、付勢力は、内側プランジャ(12)が外側プランジャ(7)と係合しているときに内側プランジャ(12)に加えられ、
ここで、シャーシ(8)の回転により、内側プランジャ(12)は外側プランジャ(7)に対して回転し、外側プランジャ(7)と係合解除して、駆動ばね(6)による内側プランジャ(12)に対する付勢力が取り除かれ、
ここで、内側プランジャ(12)が外側プランジャ(7)と係合解除すると、駆動ばね(6)の付勢力によりシャーシ(8)が押されて、ケース(2)に対してシリンジ・キャリア(4)が後退する、
上記自動注射器。 - ケース(2)内に摺動可能に配置されたニードル・シュラウド(3)をさらに備え、ここで、ニードル・シュラウド(3)がケース(2)に対して軸方向に動くことにより、ニードル・シュラウド(3)に対するシャーシ(8)の回転が生じる、
請求項1に記載の自動注射器(1)。 - シャーシ(8)上に回転可能に置かれた発射ナット(17)をさらに備え、該発射ナット(17)は、第1の角度位置のときに外側プランジャ(7)と係合し、第2の角度位置のときに外側プランジャ(7)と係合解除する、
請求項1または2に記載の自動注射器(1)。 - ケース(2)は、発射ナット(17)を第1の角度位置から第2の角度位置まで回転させるように適合されたステム(2.7)を含む、請求項3に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- 発射ナット(17)が第2の角度位置にあるときに、駆動ばね(6)の付勢力で外側プランジャ(7)をケース(2)に対して遠位方向(D)に押す、請求項4に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- ニードル・シュラウド(3)は、シャーシ(8)上のピン(8.2)と係合するように適合された案内トラック(14)を含む、請求項2に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- ピン(8.2)は、ニードル・シュラウド(3)がケース(2)に対して並進運動するときに、案内トラック(14)の傾斜部分(14.2)から軸方向部分(14.1)まで動いて、ニードル・シュラウド(3)に対するシャーシ(8)の回転を生じさせる、請求項6に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- シリンジ・キャリア(4)に連結され、内側プランジャ(12)と選択的に係合される連結キャリア(11)
をさらに備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の自動注射器(1)。 - 連結キャリア(11)は、解放可能に内側プランジャ(12)と係合するように適合された弾性アーム(11.1)を含み、駆動ばね(6)の付勢力により内側プランジャ(12)は、シリンジ・キャリア(4)上の前側止め具(4.1)がニードル・シュラウド(3)上のシュラウド肩(3.4)に当接するときに、弾性アーム(11.1)を偏向させる、請求項8に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- 内側プランジャ(12)は、弾性アーム(11.1)が内側プランジャ(12)と係合解除するときに、シリンジ(5)内でストッパ(13)を押すように適合される、請求項9に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- シャーシ(8)は、連結キャリア(11)上の止め具(11.2)と係合するように適合された弾性クリップ(8.5)を含む、請求項8に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- 駆動ばね(6)の付勢力によりシャーシ(8)が押されると、クリップ(8.5)は止め具(11.2)と係合し、ケース(2)に対して連結キャリア(11)およびシリンジ・キャリア(4)を後退させる、請求項11に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- ニードル・シュラウド(3)をケース(2)に対して軸方向に付勢する制御ばね(10)
をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の自動注射器(1)。 - ニードル・シュラウド(3)に対するシャーシ(8)の回転により、発射ナット(17)がステム(2.7)を越えて前進するように適合される第3の角度位置までの、発射ナット(17)の回転が生じる、請求項4に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- ニードル・シュラウド(3)は、ケース(2)と係合するように、またケース(2)に対するニードル・シュラウド(3)の並進運動を阻止するように適合された弾性逆止めクリップを含む、請求項2に記載の自動注射器(1)。
