Claims (5)
- 電解質膜の両面にアノード及びカソードの電極層を備える膜電極接合体と、セパレータと、を有する燃料電池を製造する燃料電池の製造方法であって、
前記膜電極接合体を支持する支持部の、前記セパレータが積層される側の表面を改質して前記表面自体の性状を変化させる表面改質工程と、
前記表面改質工程において改質された前記表面に、接着剤を塗布する塗布工程と、
前記塗布工程において塗布された前記接着剤を介して、前記セパレータを前記支持部に接合する接合工程と、を有する燃料電池の製造方法。 - 前記表面改質工程において、前記表面にプラズマを照射することによって、前記表面を改質する請求項1に記載の燃料電池の製造方法。
- 前記支持部は、熱可塑性樹脂によって成形され、前記熱可塑性樹脂は、塩化ビニル(PVC)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリスチレン(PS)、アクリル(PMMA)、ポリアミド(PA)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリブチレンテフタレート(PBT)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)、ポリスルホン(PSF)、ポリエーテルスルホン(PES)、ポリフェニレンスルフィド(PPS)、ポリイミド(PI)、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、液晶ポリマー(LCP)、ポリオレフィンのプラスチック及びエラストマーのうち少なくとも1つである請求項2に記載の燃料電池の製造方法。

前記膜電極接合体を支持する支持部の、前記セパレータが積層される側の表面を改質して前記表面自体の性状を変化させる表面改質手段と、
前記表面改質手段によって改質された前記表面に、接着剤を塗布する塗布手段と、
前記塗布手段によって塗布された前記接着剤を介して、前記セパレータを前記支持部に接合する接合手段と、を有する燃料電池の製造装置。 - 前記表面改質手段は、プラズマを発生するプラズマ装置を有し、
前記プラズマ装置が前記表面にプラズマを照射することによって、前記表面を改質する請求項4に記載の燃料電池の製造装置。
