(2)3−(メチルチオ)プロパノールの含有量が37ppb以上であることを特徴とする非アルコール飲料。
(3)3−(メチルチオ)プロパノールを、非アルコール飲料に対して37ppb以上となる添加量で配合する工程を含むことを特徴とする非アルコール飲料へのアルコール感付与方法。
