Abstract
Description
えば、半結晶性CYPEK(登録商標)−DS−E一方向性テープおよび補強層で形成されたラミネートは、55KSIのCAIを提供し得る。「一方向性テープ」とは、繊維が一方向に沿って配列した樹脂含浸繊維の層を指す。
補強材料
れ、押し出され、フィルムとして施され、構造層上にラミネートされてもよく、それによりPEEK粒子は、完全に溶融したCypek(商標)DS−M中で部分的にのみ溶融する。より高融点のポリマー粒子とより低融点のポリマーマトリックスとの組み合わせ、例えばCypek(商標)DS−M樹脂中のCypek(商標)FC(ピーク融点=338℃)またはCypek(商標)HT−E(ピーク融点=355℃〜360℃)粒子が使用されてもよい。

熱可塑性構造層およびラミネート
構造は、複数の織束を含んでもよく、約1000未満のフィラメント、約3000未満のフィラメント、約6000未満のフィラメント、約12000未満のフィラメント、約24000未満のフィラメント、約48000未満のフィラメント、約56000未満のフィラメント、約125000未満のフィラメント、および約125000超のフィラメントを有する。さらなる実施形態において、束は、交差束ステッチ、横糸挿入編ステッチ、またはサイズ剤等の少量の樹脂により所定位置に保持されてもよい。構造層中の前記強化用繊維は、好ましくは、3500MPaを超える引張強度を有する。構造層中の補強用繊維の含量は、好ましくは、構造層の総重量を基準として少なくとも55重量%である。

Claims (20)
- 熱可塑性複合ラミネートであって、
スタック構成の複数の構造層であって、各構造層は、熱可塑性マトリックス樹脂で含浸された強化用繊維を含む、構造層と、
それぞれ2つの隣接した構造層の間に形成される複数の層間領域であって、各層間領域は、
(a)ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、またはアラミド繊維を含む不織マットまたは織地、
(b)分散した補強粒子を有する熱可塑性ポリマーフィルムであって、前記粒子は、P
AEKポリマー、ポリアミド、ガラス、セラミック、およびそれらの組み合わせ
から選択される材料で作製される、熱可塑性ポリマーフィルム、
(c)無作為に配置された熱可塑性繊維、および不織ベール中に分散した補強粒子を含
む前記ベールであって、前記粒子は、PAEKポリマー、ポリイミド、ガラス、
セラミック、およびそれらの組み合わせから選択される材料で作製される、不織
ベール、
(d)PAEKポリマー、ポリイミド、ガラス、セラミック、およびそれらの組み合わ
せから選択される材料を含む補強粒子、
(e)アルミニウム、銅、チタン、ニッケル、ステンレススチール、およびそれらの組
み合わせから選択される金属材料で作製される金属箔、メッシュ、フレーク、繊
維、または粒子
から選択される補強材料を含む、層間領域と
を備える、熱可塑性複合ラミネート。 - 前記構造層中の前記熱可塑性マトリックス樹脂は、PPS、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリエーテルケトンケトン(PEKK)を含む、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性複合ラミネート。
- 前記強化用繊維は、炭素、グラファイト、アラミド、およびガラスからなる群から選択される材料で作製される、請求項1または2に記載の熱可塑性複合ラミネート。
- 前記構造層中の前記強化用繊維は、一方向に配列した繊維である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性複合ラミネート。
- 前記PAEKポリマーは、ポリエーテルケトン(PEK)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリエーテルケトンケトン(PEKK)およびポリエーテルケトンエーテルケトンケトン(PEKEKK)から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性複合ラミネート。
- 前記補強材料は、異なるPAEKポリマーの粒子、またはガラスおよびPAEKポリマーのブレンドで作製される粒子を含む、熱可塑性ポリマーフィルム(b)または不織ベール(c)である、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性複合ラミネート。
- 前記補強材料は、分散したPAEK粒子を含有するPAEKポリマーフィルムであり、前記ポリマーフィルムおよび前記粒子は、異なるPAEKポリマーで作製される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性複合ラミネート。
- 前記補強材料の含量は、前記ラミネート中の前記マトリックス樹脂の総重量を基準として最大20重量%である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性複合ラミネート。
- 前記補強材料は、ガラス繊維布である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性複合ラミネート。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性複合ラミネートを固化することにより生成される複合構造であって、固化後の前記複合構造の衝撃後圧縮(CAI)強度は、53ksiを超える、複合構造。
- 複合構造であって、
熱可塑性マトリックス樹脂で含浸された強化用繊維を含む層構造と、
前記構造層の反対表面上に位置する2つの補強層であって、前記補強層のそれぞれは、
(a)ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、またはアラミド繊維を含む不織マットまたは織地、
(b)分散した補強粒子を有する熱可塑性ポリマーフィルムであって、前記粒子は、P
AEKポリマー、ポリアミド、ガラス、セラミック、およびそれらの組み合わせ
から選択される材料で作製される、熱可塑性ポリマーフィルム、
(c)無作為に配置された熱可塑性繊維、および不織ベール中に分散した補強粒子を含
む前記ベールであって、前記粒子は、PAEKポリマー、ポリイミド、ガラス、
セラミック、およびそれらの組み合わせから選択される材料で作製される、不織
ベール、
(d)PAEKポリマー、ポリイミド、ガラス、セラミック、およびそれらの組み合わ
せから選択される材料を含む補強粒子
から選択される補強材料を含む、補強層と、
を備える複合構造。 - 前記構造層中の前記熱可塑性マトリックス樹脂は、PPS、PEEK、またはPEKKを含む、請求項11に記載の複合構造。
- 前記補強材料は、分散した補強粒子を含有する熱可塑性ポリマーフィルムまたは不織ベールであり、前記粒子は、異なるPAEKポリマー、またはガラスおよびPAEKポリマーの混合物で作製される、請求項11または12に記載の複合構造。
- 前記補強材料は、ガラス繊維布である、請求項11または12に記載の複合構造。
- 前記構造層中の前記強化用繊維は、3500MPaを超える引張強度を有する、請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載の複合構造。
- 前記構造層中の前記強化用繊維の含量は、前記構造層の総重量を基準として少なくとも55重量%である、請求項11〜15のいずれか一項に記載の複合構造。
- 前記強化用繊維は、一方向に配列した繊維である、請求項11〜16のいずれか一項に記載の複合構造。
- 2つの隣接する構造層の間に層間領域が形成され、前記層間領域が前記補強材料を含むように、複数の請求項11〜17のいずれか一項に記載の複合構造を積層することにより生成される、複合ラミネート。
- 複合ラミネートを形成する方法であって、
複数の構造層であって、各構造層は、熱可塑性マトリックス樹脂で含浸された強化用繊維を含む、構造層を形成することと、
各構造層の少なくとも1つの表面上に、補強材料を施すことであって、前記補強材料は、
(a)ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、またはアラミド繊維を含む不織マットまたは織地、
(b)分散した補強粒子を含有する熱可塑性ポリマーフィルムであって、前記粒子は、
PAEKポリマー、ポリアミド、ガラス、セラミック、およびそれらの組み合わ
せから選択される材料で作製される、熱可塑性ポリマーフィルム、
(c)無作為に配置された熱可塑性繊維、および不織ベール中に分散した補強粒子を含
む前記ベールであって、前記粒子は、PAEKポリマー、ポリイミド、ガラス、
セラミック、およびそれらの組み合わせから選択される材料で作製される、不織
ベール、
(d)PAEKポリマー、ポリイミド、ガラス、セラミック、およびそれらの組み合わ
せから選択される材料を含む補強粒子
から選択される、施すことと、
前記補強材料が、隣接する構造層の間に形成される層間領域内に位置するように、前記構造層を積層することと、を含み、
前記構造層中の前記強化用繊維は、3500MPaを超える引張強度を有する、方法。 - 前記構造層中の前記強化用繊維の含量は、前記構造層の総重量を基準として少なくとも55重量%である、請求項19に記載の方法。
