Abstract
Description

本発明は、概して、輪郭形状の向上されたセラミック体を作製する方法と、該セラミック体から作製されるフィルタに関する。更に本発明は、概して、性能の向上されたセラミック体を作製する方法と、該方法により作製されるフィルタに関する。
Claims (20)
- a)押出成型生素地部品の外表面又は複数の外表面上の、1以上の直線状経路の押出方向の反りを測定して、前記押出成型セラミック生素地部品の前記1以上の直線状経路又は外表面の最大の押出方向の反りを測定可能とする手順と、
b)最大の凸状反りを有する前記外表面上の直線状経路又は前記外表面を識別する手順と、
c)前記最大の凸状反りを有する前記外表面上の直線状経路又は前記外表面上の位置が搬送体に接触するように、前記生素地部品を搬送体に載置する手順と、
d)前記凸状形状を有する前記外表面上の直線状経路又は前記外表面が前記搬送体を向くよう搬送体に載置された状態で前記生素地部品を加工し、前記生素地部品をセラミック部品に変換する加工の結果として反りを軽減する手順と、
