Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- フレーム部(1)と、
該フレーム部に可動的に装着され、磁心(3)を有する電機子部(2)と、
該電機子部(2)を前方に移動させてブレーキを作動させる1または複数のバネ要素(4)と、
前記フレーム部(1)にはめ込まれ、該1または複数のバネ要素(4)に逆らって前記電機子部(2)を引き戻すことで前記ブレーキを解除するよう構成された電磁石(5)とを含む電磁ブレーキにおいて、
該ブレーキは、前記電機子部(2)を動かす力が該減衰板(7)を湾曲させると、ブレーキノイズを減衰する減衰力(Fd)による湾曲に抵抗するよう取り付けられた、平坦で弾性的に屈曲可能な減衰板(7)を含むことを特徴とするブレーキ。 - 請求項1に記載のブレーキにおいて、前記減衰板(7)は、前記フレーム部(1)および前記電機子部(2)の、互いに面する対向面(8、9)間に設けられた空隙(10)内に取り付けられることを特徴とするブレーキ。
- フレーム部(1)と、
該フレーム部に可動的に装着された電機子部(2)と、
前記フレーム部(1)および前記電機子部(2)の、互いに面する対向面(8、9)間に設けられた空隙(10)とを含むブレーキにおいて、
該ブレーキは、前記空隙(10)内に取り付けられて、ブレーキノイズを減衰する減衰力(Fd)による湾曲に抵抗する平坦で弾性的に屈曲可能な減衰板(7)を含み、
前記対向面(8、9)の少なくとも1つは、該減衰板(7)を湾曲させるために平坦ではないことを特徴とするブレーキ。 - 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のブレーキにおいて、前記減衰力(Fd)は、前記減衰板(7)の湾曲部(x)の大きさに比例することを特徴とするブレーキ。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のブレーキにおいて、前記減衰板(7)は、該ブレーキを解除する際に湾曲するように取り付けることを特徴とするブレーキ。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のブレーキにおいて、前記減衰板(7)により生ずる前記減衰力(Fd)を作用させて、前記フレーム部(1)と前記電機子部(2)との対向面が接触しにくくすることを特徴とするブレーキ。
- 請求項2ないし6のいずれかに記載のブレーキにおいて、前記対向面(8、9)のうちの一方は、前記減衰板(7)を湾曲させるために凹状に形成されることを特徴とするブレーキ。
- 請求項7に記載のブレーキにおいて、前記対向面(8、9)のうちの一方は、前記減衰板(7)を湾曲させるために凸状に形成されることを特徴とするブレーキ。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のブレーキにおいて、前記減衰板(7)はばね鋼からなることを特徴とするブレーキ。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のブレーキにおいて、該ブレーキはエレベータ、エスカレータ、または動く歩道用の機械ブレーキであることを特徴とするブレーキ。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のブレーキにおいて、前記減衰板(7)は、該減衰板(7)を所定位置の中心に置くための穴(11)を備えることを特徴とするブレーキ。
- 請求項2ないし11のいずれかに記載のブレーキにおいて、前記減衰板(7)の直径は、実質的に、前記対向面(8、9)の直径(D)と同じであることを特徴とするブレーキ。
- −ブレーキ用のフレーム部(1)および該フレーム部に可動的に支持される電機子部(2)を形成し、
−互いに向かい合う対向面(8、9)を前記フレーム部(1)および前記電機子部(2)に形成するブレーキを作成する方法において、
−湾曲すると、湾曲に抵抗する力(Fd)を発生してブレーキノイズを減衰する平坦で弾性的で屈曲可能な減衰板(7)を形成し、
−該減衰板(7)は、前記ブレーキの前記対向面(8、9)間の空隙(10)に取り付けることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項13に記載の方法において、
−前記対向面(8、9)の一方を凹状に形成して前記減衰板(7)を湾曲させることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項14に記載の方法において、
−前記対向面(8、9)の一方を凸状に形成して前記減衰板(7)を湾曲させることを特徴とする方法。
