Claims (10)
- 反対側に配置される第1の端部(3)および第2の端部(4)を有するハウジング(2)、排気ガス(7)のための流入領域(6)として前記第1の端部(3)から前記第2の端部(4)まで延びる管(5)、前記排気ガス(7)のための前記第2の端部(4)の領域における偏向領域(8)、ならびに前記管(5)と前記ハウジング(2)との間に延びる戻り流領域(9)を少なくとも有する排気ガス処理装置(1)であって、前記第2の端部(4)に隣接して前記管(5)は出口領域(10)を有し、前記出口領域(10)から第1の部分的排気ガス流(11)が前記偏向領域(8)内に流れ、前記管(5)は前記偏向領域(8)において、および前記出口領域(10)の上流において少なくとも1つの側方の開口部(12)を有し、それにより、前記第1の部分的排気ガス流(11)が前記偏向領域(8)において、少なくとも1つの開口部(12)から流れ出る少なくとも1つの第2の部分的排気ガス流(13)と衝突する、排気ガス処理装置(1)。

- 前記少なくとも1つのバッフル要素(14)は前記管(5)の壁(15)により形成される、請求項2または3に記載の排気ガス処理装置(1)。
- 前記管(5)が前記第2の端部(4)と接触し、少なくとも1つの横方向の出口(16)が前記出口領域(10)を形成する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガス処理装置(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの出口(16)は前記第2の端部(4)と直接隣接する、請求項5に記載の排気ガス処理装置(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの開口部(12)は、管の断面積(18)の少なくとも150%の開口部の断面積(17)を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガス処理装置(1)。
- 排気ガス処理装置(1)において排気ガス(7)を混合する方法であって、少なくとも以下の工程:
a)流入領域(6)を通る排気ガス(7)を中央に供給する工程と、
b)前記排気ガス(7)を少なくとも1つの第1の部分的排気ガス流(11)と少なくとも1つの第2の部分的排気ガス流(13)とに分割する工程と、
c)前記部分的排気ガス流(11、13)を偏向させる工程であって、前記少なくとも1つの第1の部分的排気ガス流(11)は、前記流入領域(6)の出口領域(10)から偏向領域(8)内に流れ、前記偏向領域(8)で再び偏向し、前記少なくとも1つの第2の部分的排気ガス流(13)は、出口領域(10)の上流に配置される少なくとも1つの開口部(12)から前記偏向領域(8)内に流れる、工程と、
d)前記偏向領域(8)において前記第1の部分的排気ガス流(11)を前記第2の部分的排気ガス流(13)と衝突させ、混合する工程と、
e)前記第1の部分的排気ガス流(11)および前記第2の部分的排気ガス流(13)を戻り流領域(9)を通して一緒に前方に移動させる工程と、
を含む、方法。 - 前記排気ガス(7)の少なくとも30%が前記第2の部分的排気ガス流(13)を形成する、請求項8に記載の方法。
