Claims (21)
- 内面と外面とを含む膨張式素子と、
通気圧を受け入れるポートを備えたリトラクタシャフトであって、前記膨張式素子を該リトラクタシャフトの遠位端に取り付けた、リトラクタシャフトと、
を備え、
前記膨張式素子は、該膨張式素子に流体を通気してコンパートメントを形成するように構成したことを特徴とする、膨張式リトラクタ。 - 前記コンパートメントは凹形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリトラクタ。
- 前記コンパートメントはV字形状であることを特徴とする。請求項1に記載のリトラクタ。
- 前記膨張式素子は複数の窓部を備え、該窓部はリトラクタの外面より向こう側の視界を得るのに十分な大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリトラクタ。
- 前記膨張式素子の前記内面には浮出した隆起を設けたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリトラクタ。
- 前記膨張式素子は、最初の使用に先立ち、抜気状態でリトラクタシャフトの周囲に配置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリトラクタ。
- 前記ポートは、通気レベルの範囲に合わせて膨張式素子を通気および抜気するためのバルブに動作可能に連結し、前記コンパートメントの構成は前記通気レベルによって変化することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリトラクタ。
- 臓器を前記コンパートメント内に収容して視界から圧排した後にリトラクタを定位置に解放可能に配置するクランプをさらに備えた請求項1に記載のリトラクタ。
- 外側配置シャフトであって、該外側配置シャフトは前記リトラクタシャフトの周辺に配置され、抜気状態の膨張式素子を包囲するように構成したことを特徴とする外側設置シャフト、をさらに備えた請求項1に記載のリトラクタ。
- 少なくとも第1のチャンバと第2のチャンバを備えた膨張式素子と、
ポートを備え通気圧を受け入れるリトラクタシャフトであって、前記膨張式素子を該リトラクタシャフトの遠位端に取り付けた、リトラクタシャフトと、
を備え、
前記膨張式素子は、該膨張式素子に流体を通気してコンパートメントを形成するように構成したことを特徴とする、膨張式リトラクタ。 - 前記第1のチャンバおよび前記第2のチャンバはそれぞれ別個に膨らませることができることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の膨張式リトラクタ。
- 前記第1のチャンバと前記第2のチャンバはそれぞれ別個のポートから膨らませることができることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の膨張式リトラクタ。
- 前記第1のチャンバと前記第2のチャンバは1つのポートから膨らませることができることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の膨張式リトラクタ。
- 前記コンパートメントは凹形状であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の膨張式リトラクタ。
- コンパートメントがV字形状であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のリトラクタ。
- 前記膨張式素子は複数の窓部を含み、

- 外側配置シャフトであって、該該外側設置シャフトは前記リトラクタシャフトの周辺に配置され、抜気状態の膨張式素子を包囲するように構成したことを特徴とする外側設置シャフト、をさらに備えた請求項10に記載のリトラクタ。
