Abstract
Description
0.5〜10質量%の範囲内のカリウム水ガラス又はナトリウム水ガラスと、0.05〜2質量%の範囲内の少なくとも1のアミノシランからなる水性組成物を、Laborcoaterを用いてアルカリで清浄化した溶融亜鉛メッキした鋼片に設けた。引き続き、設けた層を乾燥棚中で150℃の温度で1分間乾燥させた。その後、プライマー及びトップコートからなる、ポリエステル/ポリエステルを基礎とする、コイルコーティング塗料系(建築分野で予定されている)を設け、相応して焼き付けた。

Claims (20)
- 水に、
a)少なくともナトリウム水ガラス、カリウム水ガラス及び/又はアンモニウム水ガラス、及び
b)少なくとも1のシラン
を添加することによって得られ、
a)対b)の量比は、そのつどこれらから生じる反応生成物を含めて好ましくは0.1:1〜2:1の範囲にある、金属表面を更なるコーティング前に前処理するための又は前記表面を処理するための水性組成物。 - a)0.5〜30質量%の量で少なくとも水ガラス、及び
b)0.05〜5質量%の量で少なくとも1のシラン
を添加することによって得られる、請求項1記載の水性組成物。 - 前処理に使用される組成物中の濃度が、
a)水ガラス0.5〜10質量%、及び
b)シラン0.05〜2質量%
に相当することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の水性組成物。 - 組成物の濃縮物中の濃度が、
a)水ガラス10〜30質量%、及び
b)シラン1.5〜5質量%の量
に相当することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の水性組成物。 - 前記シランが1又は2個のアミノ基を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の水性組成物。
- 前記シランが1個又はそれより多いアミノ基を有し、かつ、アミノアルキルアミノアルキルアルキルジアルコキシシラン、ビス(トリアルコキシシリルアルキル)アミン、アミノアルキルトリアルコキシシラン、アミノアルキル−アミノアルキルトリアルコキシシランからなる群から選択されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の水性組成物。
- 前記シランが1個のアミノ基を有し、かつ、ビス(トリエトキシシリルプロピル)アミン、ビス(トリメトキシシリルプロピル)アミン、ガンマ−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン、ガンマ−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシランからなる群から選択されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の水性組成物。
- 前記アミノシランが2個又はそれより多いアミノ基を有し、かつ、ガンマ−ウレイドプロピルトリアルコキシシラン、N−(3−(トリメトキシシリル)プロピル)エチレンジアミン、N−ベータ−(アミノエチル)−ガンマ−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン、N−ベータ−(アミノエチル)−ガンマ−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、N−(ガンマ−トリエトキシシリルプロピル)ジエチレントリアミン、N−(ガンマ−トリメトキシシリルプロピル)ジエチレントリアミン、ポリアミノアルキルエチルジアルコキシシラン、ポリアミノアルキルメチルジアルコキシシランからなる群から選択されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の水性組成物。
- 複素環式化合物、炭酸アミド及び/又はアセチルアセトナートから選択される、
c)少なくとも1の有機腐食抑制剤が、0.01〜3質量%の量で添加されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載の水性組成物。 - メルカプトベンゾチアゾール、ベンゾトリアゾール、イミダゾール、ベンズイミダゾール、ヒドロキシキノリン、2−メルカプロベンズイミダゾール、からなる群から選択される少なくとも1の複素環式化合物、
尿素、チオ尿素、ジメチルチオ尿素、ジエチルチオ尿素、ジブチルチオ尿素、アリルチオ尿素、メチルチオ尿素、チオセミカルバジド、からなる群から選択される少なくとも1の炭酸アミド、及び/又は
金属マンガン、バナジウム、チタン、ジルコニウムのアセチルアセトナート、からなる群から選択される少なくとも1のアセチルアセトナート
が添加されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の水性組成物。 - 前記有機腐食抑制剤が、0.01〜0.7質量%の量で前処理に使用される組成物中に添加されることを特徴とする請求項9又は10記載の水性組成物。
- 前記有機腐食抑制剤が、0.5〜3質量%の量で組成物の濃縮物中に添加されることを特徴とする請求項9又は10記載の水性組成物。
- 着色剤又はUV光指示薬、
湿潤剤又は流展助剤、及び/又は
pH値調節剤から選択される、
d)少なくとも1の助剤が、0.01〜15質量%の量で添加されることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1項記載の水性組成物。 - 着色剤又はUV光指示薬として、
ローダミンB、マラカイトグリーン、エオシンB、ナトリウム−フルオレセイン、
湿潤剤又は流展助剤として、及び/又は
pH値調節剤として、酢酸、アンモニア、水酸化カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム、硝酸、リン酸、硫酸
が添加されることを特徴とする請求項13記載の水性組成物。 - 前記助剤が、0.01〜5質量%の量で前処理に使用される組成物中に添加されることを特徴とする請求項13又は14記載の水性組成物。
- 前記助剤が、0.5〜15質量%の量で組成物の濃縮物中に添加されることを特徴とする請求項13又は14記載の水性組成物。
- 水に
a)少なくともナトリウム水ガラス、カリウム水ガラス及び/又はアンモニウム水ガラス、及び
b)少なくとも1のシランを添加し、
a)対b)の量比は、そのつどこれらから生じる反応生成物を含めて好ましくは0.1:1〜2:1の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1から16のいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記水性組成物を、ロール塗布、流し塗り、ナイフ塗布、吹付け、スプレー、ハケ塗り又は浸漬によって、及び場合によって、溶融亜鉛メッキ鋼又は圧延鋼、電気亜鉛メッキ鋼、亜鉛/アルミニウム析出物、アルミニウム/亜鉛析出物又は亜鉛/マグネシウム析出物を備えた鋼、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金、予備QT処理した耐腐食鋼又はラインジンクからなる群から選択される金属性構築物材料へのロールを用いた後続の絞り出しによって設けることを特徴とする請求項17記載の方法。
- 前記金属性構築物材料が、前記水性組成物だけを用いてコーティングされることを特徴とする請求項17又は18記載の方法。
- 乾燥した前記コーティング上に、印刷インキ、シート、塗料、塗料類似材料、粉末塗料、接着剤及び/又は接着剤キャリアーからのそのつど少なくとも1のコーティングを設けることを特徴とする請求項17又は18記載の方法。
