Abstract
Description
実施の形態.
この発明の実施の形態に係る車両に搭載される燃料電池システム100の構成を図1に示す。なお、以降の説明では、燃料電池システム100は、フォークリフト等の荷役装置を有する産業車両に搭載されるものとして説明する。
上記実施の形態では、燃料電池スタック10を構成する複数の発電セルの各セル電圧の平均値としてセル電圧Vcを定義したが、例えば図2のフローチャートにおいて、ステップS2では各セル電圧の最低値としてセル電圧Vcを定義し、またステップS3では各セル電圧の最大値としてセル電圧Vcを定義してもよい。
また、上記実施の形態では、空気の供給流量を第1所定流量と第2所定流量の2段階で制御したが、3段階以上で制御してもよい。
Claims (4)
- 車両に搭載される燃料電池システムであって、
複数の発電セルを積層して構成される燃料電池スタックと、
前記燃料電池スタックに水素ガスを供給する水素供給手段と、
前記燃料電池スタックに酸素を含む空気を供給する空気供給手段と、
前記燃料電池スタックのセル電圧を検出する電圧検出手段と、
前記電圧検出手段によって検出される前記燃料電池スタックの前記セル電圧に基づいて前記空気供給手段の動作を制御する制御手段と
を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記燃料電池システムの間欠運転の際に、前記電圧検出手段によって検出される前記セル電圧が所定の閾値電圧を下回ると、前記空気供給手段を稼働させて前記燃料電池スタックに第1所定流量で空気を供給し、前記セル電圧が所定の目標電圧に到達して安定状態になると、前記燃料電池スタックに前記第1所定流量よりも多い第2所定流量で空気を一定時間供給する、車両に搭載される燃料電池システム。 - 前記第1所定流量は、前記空気供給手段が供給可能な最低流量である、請求項1に記載の車両に搭載される燃料電池システム。
- 前記第2所定流量は、前記燃料電池システムを最低出力状態で運転する際に必要な流量である、請求項1または2に記載の車両に搭載される燃料電池システム。
- 前記空気供給手段によって前記第1所定流量で供給される空気量と前記第2所定流量で供給される空気量との総量は、前記燃料電池スタック内の各発電セルのアノードの容積の総和よりも多い、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の車両に搭載される燃料電池システム。
