Abstract
【解決手段】本発明によれば、絶縁層を製造する段階と、上記絶縁層の上部に金属層を形成して積層体を製造する段階と、2以上の上記積層体を積層した後に圧着する段階と、を含む磁性体シートの製造方法が提供される。

Claims (18)
- 絶縁層を製造する段階と、
前記絶縁層の上部に金属層を形成して積層体を製造する段階と、
2以上の前記積層体を積層した後に圧着する段階と、
を含む、磁性体シートの製造方法。 - 前記積層体を製造する段階は3Dプリンティング法で行われる、請求項1に記載の磁性体シートの製造方法。
- 前記金属層の厚さは0.1μm〜3.0μmである、請求項1又は2に記載の磁性体シートの製造方法。
- 前記絶縁層はポリマーである、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の磁性体シートの製造方法。
- 前記絶縁層はセラミックである、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の磁性体シートの製造方法。
- 前記絶縁層と前記金属層は接着層を挿入して付着される、請求項5に記載の磁性体シートの製造方法。
- 複数の金属層と、
前記複数の金属層の間に位置する絶縁層と、
を含む、磁性体シート。 - 前記金属層は3Dプリンティング法で形成される、請求項7に記載の磁性体シート。
- 前記金属層の厚さは0.1μm〜3.0μmである、請求項7又は8に記載の磁性体シート。
- 前記絶縁層はポリマーである、請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載の磁性体シート。
- 前記絶縁層はセラミックである、請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載の磁性体シート。
- 前記絶縁層と前記金属層は接着層を挿入して付着される、請求項11に記載の磁性体シート。
- コイル部と、
前記コイル部の一面に形成され、複数の金属層及び前記複数の金属層の間に位置する絶縁層で構成される磁性体シートと、
を含む、無接点電力伝送装置。 - 前記金属層は3Dプリンティング法で形成される、請求項13に記載の無接点電力伝送装置。
- 前記金属層の厚さは0.1μm〜3.0μmである、請求項13又は14に記載の無接点電力伝送装置。
- 前記絶縁層はポリマーである、請求項13から15のいずれか1項に記載の無接点電力伝送装置。
- 前記絶縁層はセラミックである、請求項13から15のいずれか1項に記載の無接点電力伝送装置。
- 前記絶縁層と前記金属層は接着層を挿入して付着される、請求項17に記載の無接点電力伝送装置。
