Abstract
【解決手段】樹脂フィルム9をニップル部2bの内周面を覆って貼り付けて連結金具2の長手方向両端から突出させた状態にし、一端側に突出させた樹脂フィルム9をフランジ部2aの連結端面に折り返して貼り付けるとともに、連結金具2をマンドレル11に外挿して所定位置にセッティングし、この連結金具2の他端側から突出させた樹脂フィルム9とオーバラップさせて別の樹脂フィルム9をマンドレル11の外周側に配置し、樹脂フィルム9の外周側に部材を順次積層して成形した成形体1Aを加硫して、樹脂フィルム9により、内面ゴム層3およびニップル部2bの内周側を覆う樹脂層9を形成し、この樹脂層9をフランジ部2aの連結端面まで延設した構造にする。

Claims (8)
- 内面ゴム層と、この内面ゴム層の外周側に形成された補強層と、この補強層の外周側に形成されたカバーゴム層とによりホース本体部が形成され、このホース本体部の長手方向両端部に、連結端面を有するフランジ部とこのフランジ部が一端側に接続された筒状のニップル部とを有する連結金具が設けられたマリンホースにおいて、前記内面ゴム層および前記ニップル部の内周側が樹脂層で覆われるとともに、この樹脂層が前記フランジ部の連結端面まで延設されていることを特徴とするマリンホース。
- 前記フランジ部の連結端面における前記樹脂層の半径方向幅が20mm以上80mm以下である請求項1に記載のマリンホース。
- 前記樹脂層が超高分子量ポリエチレンにより形成されたものである請求項1または2に記載のマリンホース。
- 前記樹脂層の層厚が0.1mm〜0.5mmである請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のマリンホース。
- 連結端面を有するフランジ部と、このフランジ部が一端側に接続された筒状のニップル部とを有する連結金具の前記ニップル部に、樹脂フィルムを挿入してその内周面を覆って貼り付けるとともに、この樹脂フィルムを連結金具の長手方向両端から突出させた状態にして、連結金具の一端側から突出させた樹脂フィルムを前記フランジ部の連結端面に折り返して貼り付けるとともに、この連結金具をマンドレルに外挿して所定位置にセッティングし、次いで、前記連結金具の他端側から突出させた樹脂フィルムとオーバラップさせて別の樹脂フィルムをマンドレルの外周側に配置し、この樹脂フィルムの外周側に部材を順次積層して、内面ゴム層と、この内面ゴム層の外周側に配置された補強層と、この補強層の外周側に配置されたカバーゴム層とを有するホース本体部を形成して、このホース本体部の長手方向両端部に前記連結金具が配置された成形体を成形した後、この成形体を加硫することにより、前記樹脂フィルムにより前記内面ゴム層および前記ニップル部の内周側を覆う樹脂層を形成するとともに、この樹脂層を前記フランジ部の連結端面まで延設することを特徴とするマリンホースの製造方法。
- 前記フランジ部の連結端面における前記樹脂層の半径方向幅を20mm以上80mm以下にする請求項5に記載のマリンホースの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂フィルムとして、超高分子量ポリエチレンにより形成されたフィルムを用いる請求項5または6に記載のマリンホースの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂層の層厚を0.1mm〜0.5mmにする請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載のマリンホースの製造方法。
