Claims (3)
- 箱形状の本体部と、前記本体部より前方側に設けられた端子接触部と、前記本体部より後方側に設けられた電線接続部とを有し、コネクタハウジングに収容される端子であって、
前記本体部は、底壁と、前記底壁の両側端より立設された一対の側壁と、一方の前記側壁より延設された天壁と、他方の前記側壁より延設された補助壁とを有し、
前記補助壁には、側端面に開口するスリットが設けられ、前記スリットより前方側の分離箇所によってスタビライザが設けられ、前記スリットより後方側の箇所によってタブ進入防止部が設けられ、
前記天壁には、側端面に開口するスリットが設けられ、前記スリットより前方側の分離箇所によってスタビライザ補強部が設けられ、前記スリットより後方側の箇所によって係止部が設けられ、
曲げ加工がされる前の状態をこの厚さ方向から見ると、前記端子接触部から前記電線接続部まで一定の幅の肉部が延びていることを特徴とする端子。 - 請求項1に記載の端子において、
前記端子接触部は、絞り連結部を間にして、前記本体部より前方側に設けられており、
前記絞り連結部の側壁部の前記底壁に対する曲げ角度が、前記本体部から前記端子接触部に向かうにしたがって次第に大きくなっていることを特徴とする端子。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の端子において、
前記係止部が、前記天壁の一部の箇所を前記天壁の他の箇所よりも盛り上げて形成されていることを特徴とする端子。
