Abstract

Claims (20)
- 外面及び少なくとも一つの内部空間を有する基材を設けるステップと、
前記基材の少なくとも一部に皮膜を施工するステップと、
前記皮膜に1又は複数の溝を形成するステップであって、各々の溝が前記皮膜に少なくとも部分的に沿って延在している、1又は複数の溝を形成するステップと、
前記溝の頂上を横断する空隙が縮小されるように、それぞれの溝の前記頂上の少なくとも近傍で前記皮膜を塑性変形させるように前記皮膜の表面の少なくとも一部を処理するステップと、
前記皮膜の前記表面の少なくとも一部を覆って1又は複数の追加皮膜を施工するステップであって、前記基材、前記皮膜及び当該追加皮膜が、構成要素を冷却するための1又は複数のチャネルを画定する、1又は複数の追加皮膜を施工するステップと
を備えた製造方法。 - 1又は複数の溝を形成する前記ステップは、前記基材の一部に前記1又は複数の溝の少なくとも一部を形成することをさらに含んでいる、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 各々の溝は、研磨性液体ジェット、プランジ電解加工(ECM)、放電加工(EDM)、回転電極による放電加工(フライスEDM)、及びレーザ加工の1又は複数を用いて形成される、請求項1に記載の製造方法。

- 前記構造皮膜の前記表面を処理するステップは前記表面をショット・ピーニングするステップを含んでおり、該ショット・ピーニングは前記構造皮膜の前記表面に複数の表面凹凸を導入する、請求項14に記載の製造方法。
- 前記表面をショット・ピーニングするステップは、前記1又は複数の溝の各々の前記頂上を横断する前記空隙よりも大きい径を有するピーニング粒子を含んでいる、請求項15に記載の製造方法。
- 前記追加皮膜は、外側構造皮膜層、結合皮膜及び熱障壁皮膜の1又は複数を含んでいる、請求項12に記載の製造方法。
- 外面及び内面を含む基材であって、前記内面は少なくとも一つの内部空間を画定している、基材と、
該基材の少なくとも一部に配設されて、1又は複数の溝を内部に画定している皮膜であって、各々の溝が当該皮膜の外面に少なくとも部分的に沿って延在すると共に底面及び頂上を有しており、当該皮膜の表面は前記それぞれの溝の近傍でファセットを設けられており、1又は複数の冷却供給孔が、それぞれの溝の前記底面及び前記基材を貫通して形成されて、前記内部空間と流体連通するように前記溝を接続している、皮膜と、
該皮膜の少なくとも一部を覆って配設された追加皮膜であって、前記基材、前記皮膜及び当該追加皮膜が共に、当該構成要素を冷却するための1又は複数のチャネルを画定する、追加皮膜と
を備えた構成要素。 - 前記それぞれの溝の前記近傍で前記皮膜の前記表面に複数の表面凹凸が形成されている、請求項18に記載の構成要素。
- 前記追加皮膜は、外側皮膜層、結合皮膜及び熱障壁皮膜の1又は複数を含んでいる、請求項18に記載の構成要素。
