Abstract
Description
少なくとも1つの織布プライを含み、前記プライの各々が、複数の縦糸及び横糸繊維又は糸を有する織布積層基材と、
実質的に均一に分布した複数の閉鎖小空間を有する湿分硬化熱硬化性ポリマーマトリックスを含み、その結果実質的に均一な圧縮特徴を有する、前記基材の上に配置された第1の圧縮性層と、
分離層と、
実質的に均一に分布した複数の閉鎖小空間を有する湿分硬化熱硬化性ポリマーマトリックスを含み、その結果実質的に均一な圧縮特徴を有する、前記分離層の上に配置された第2の圧縮性層と、
少なくとも1つの織布プライを含み、前記プライの各々が、複数の縦糸及び横糸繊維又は糸を有する、前記第2の圧縮性層の上に配置された上部織布積層とからなる印刷用ブランケットのカーカスである。
本発明の印刷用ブランケットのカーカスには、上述したものに加えて、他の層又は成分が存在していてもよい。例えば、一対又は複数対の隣接層及び/又は織布プライ間の境界には、粘着性化合物が存在してもよく、又は先に考察したように、上部織布積層と表面層との間には、下層表面(一般的に、弾性の)層が存在していてもよい。また、ブランケットは、2つを超える別々の圧縮性層を含むことが可能であるが、好ましい実施形態では、カーカスは、単一プライ織布である分離層により離間されている2つの圧縮性層のみを有する。

−NCO + −NH2 → −NH−CO−NH
−NCO + −NH−CO−NH → −NH−CO−NH−CO−N
マトリックス材料の好ましい粘度は、約10,000〜25,000cpsの範囲である。
この実施形態は図2に表わされており、そこには、下層表面エラストマー層18及びエラストマー表面層19がその上に接着されている図1のカーカスにより形成された完全なブランケット20が示されている。
Claims (17)
- 印刷用ブランケットのカーカス(10)であって、順に、
天然又は合成材料で形成された縦糸繊維(111)及び横糸繊維(112)を有する少なくとも1つの織布プライを含み、前記プライの各々が複数の縦糸及び横糸繊維又は糸を有する織布積層基材(11)と、
実質的に均一に分布した複数の閉鎖小空間を有する湿分硬化熱硬化性ポリマーマトリックスを含み、その結果実質的に均一な圧縮特徴を有する、前記基材の上に配置された第1の圧縮性層(14)と、
天然繊維又は合成繊維のいずれか、又は前記2つの混合物で作られた分離層(15)と、
実質的に均一に分布した複数の閉鎖小空間を有する湿分硬化熱硬化性ポリマーマトリックスを含み、その結果実質的に均一な圧縮特徴を有する、前記分離層の上に配置された第2の圧縮性層(16)と、
少なくとも1つの織布プライを含み、前記プライの各々が複数の縦糸及び横糸繊維又は糸を有する、前記第2の圧縮性層の上に配置された上部織布積層(17)とを含むカーカス。 - 一対又は複数対の隣接する層及び織布プライの少なくともいずれか一方の間の境界に接着性化合物を更に含む、請求項1に記載のカーカス。
- 前記分離層が、その順番において複数プライ織布層である、請求項1に記載のカーカス。
- 前記織布プライが、縦糸方向及び横糸方向の両方の1インチ当たりの繊維本数又は糸本数が、20〜150に含まれており、織布重量が、65〜270g/m2、好ましくは約135〜270g/m2であり、厚さが、0.125〜0.75mmである、請求項1に記載のカーカス。
- 前記織布積層基材(11)において、前記縦糸繊維(111)が、綿等の天然材料から形成されており、前記横糸繊維(112)が、合成繊維材料(例えば、ポリエステル)で構成されている、請求項1に記載のカーカス。
- 前記第1の圧縮性層が、約0.30mm〜0.50mm、好ましくは0.38mm〜0.46mmの間の厚さを有し、その中に小空間形成材料又はミクロスフェア(142)の量が均一に分散して化合物が形成された好適な弾性熱硬化性ポリマーマトリックス(141)で作られている、請求項1に記載のカーカス。
- 前記第2の圧縮性層が、前記第1の圧縮性層14の厚さよりも薄く、好ましくは約0.15mm〜0.45mmの間の厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のカーカス。
- 前記第1の圧縮性層の前記マトリックスが、アクリロニトリル、ネオプレン、アクリル類、単独の又はアクリロニトリル若しくはネオプレンと組み合わせたポリスルフィド、ポリウレタン、又はポリ尿素の中から選択される、請求項6又は7に記載のカーカス。
- 前記ミクロスフェアが、熱可塑性樹脂、熱硬化性樹脂、及びフェノール樹脂の中から選択される材料で形成されており、約1〜200、及び好ましくは80〜100ミクロン(μm)の範囲の、好ましくは約90μmの直径を有する、請求項6又は7に記載のカーカス。
- 前記ミクロスフェアが、それらの凝集を防止するために、滑石、炭酸カルシウム、酸化亜鉛、二酸化チタン、雲母、硫酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム、酸化アンチモン、粘土、シリカ、及びアルミニウム三水和物の中から選択されるコーティングをその上に更に含む、請求項6又は7に記載のカーカス。
- 前記圧縮性層中のミクロスフェア負荷量が、固形分の約1〜20重量%、及び好ましくは5〜14%である、請求項6又は7に記載のカーカス。
- 前記分離が、その順番において複数プライの織布で作られている複層である、請求項1に記載のカーカス。
- 請求項1に記載のカーカスの前記上部織布積層に接着されているエラストマー印刷面(19)を含む印刷用ブランケット(20)。
- 印刷面の材料と比べて高デュロメータ、高張力、低伸長特性を有する材料で形成され、かつ、前記上部織布積層と前記印刷面との間に存在する中間エラストマー下層表面(18)を含む、請求項12に記載の印刷用ブランケット。
- 下層表面が、ニトリルゴムで作られている、請求項13に記載の印刷用ブランケット。
- エラストマー印刷面が、約0.6μm〜約0.95μm、及び好ましくは約0.7〜0.9μmの間の平均粗さを有する、請求項12に記載の印刷用ブランケット。
- 粗さが、細かい紙やすりで前記印刷面の外側表面を研磨することにより、又は成形により得られる、請求項15に記載の印刷用ブランケット。
