Description
言い換えれば、例えば帯状の膜導体の表面構造が帯の長手方向に変化している。これにより、膜導体の表面への要求も、導体上のそれぞれのポジションに応じて異なるという事実を考慮することができる。

Claims (21)
- フラットセルの膜導体であり、その他のセル又はバスバーと接触するための接触ゾーン(5)と、セルの包装フィルム(4)に接着するための接着ゾーン(6)と、前記セル内部で電極箔(3)に接続するための接続ゾーン(7)とを有している膜導体であって、
前記ゾーン(5、6、7)の少なくとも2つは、相異なる表面状態を有していることを特徴とする膜導体。 - 前記膜導体がアルミニウムの基本構造を有し、前記接着ゾーン(6)は接着面/化成処理層を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の膜導体。
- 前記接着ゾーン(6)の前記接着面/化成処理層と前記アルミニウムの基本構造との間には、自然のアルミニウム酸化膜がないことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の膜導体。
- 前記接着ゾーン(6)の前記接着面/化成処理層の上に、ポリマー層(9)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の膜導体。
- 前記膜導体がアルミニウムの基本構造を有し、前記接触ゾーン(5)はハンダ付け可能なコーティングを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の膜導体。
- 前記ハンダ付け可能なコーティングが、ニッケル、スズ、銅又は銀を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の膜導体。
- 前記膜導体が銅の基本構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の膜導体。
- 前記接着ゾーン(6)が粗面を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の膜導体。
- 前記膜導体が、ニッケルメッキされた表面を有することを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の膜導体。
- ハンダ付け及び/又は溶接法、特にレーザー溶接法のための前記接触ゾーン(5)の前記表面構造及び/又はコーティング構造が、最適化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の膜導体。
- 超音波溶接法のための前記接続ゾーン(7)の前記表面構造及び/又はコーティング構造が、最適化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の膜導体。
- 前記膜導体は、長方形の短い側面(21)が楔形又はトング形に外側へ延びた状態で形成されるように、変形した長方形断面を示していることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のうちいずれか一項に記載の膜導体。
- フラットセルの膜導体の製造方法であり、平坦な金属の基本構造の上に、互いに異なる表面の性質をもつ少なくとも2つのゾーン(5、6、7)が作られる製造方法。
- 前記接続ゾーン(7)の前記表面が、超音波溶接法のために調整される、請求項13に記載のフラットセルの膜導体の製造方法。
- 前記接触ゾーン(5)の前記表面構造及び/又はコーティング構造が、ハンダ付け及び/又は溶接法、特にレーザー溶接法のために調整される、請求項13に記載のフラットセルの膜導体の製造方法。
- ‐ アルミニウムの帯状材料からの打出し、
‐ 脱脂、
‐ 自然酸化膜の除去、という工程を備える、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 追加的に、接着面/化成処理層との接着ゾーン(6)のコーティングが行われる、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 追加的に、前記接着ゾーン(6)の事前のシーリングが行われる、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 追加的に、接触ゾーン(5)のエッチングが行われる、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 追加的に、ハンダ付け可能な表面との接触ゾーン(5)のメタライゼーションが行われる、請求項19に記載の方法。
