Abstract
【解決手段】多軸骨固定装置は、骨に固定されるシャンク2とヘッド3とを有する骨固定要素1と、シャンクに結合され、枢動可能にヘッドを受けるように構成され、ロッド6を受けるためのチャンネル56と中心軸Cとを有する受け部5と、受け部内に配置され、受け部内でヘッドをロックするために圧力を加えるように構成される加圧部材7と、チャンネル内に挿入可能なロック部材8とを備える。ロック部材は、上端部81と加圧部材に面する下端部82とを含む。加圧部材は変形可能部分77,78を有する。ロック部材が中心軸Cの方向でチャンネル内に進むと、まずロック部材が加圧部材に接触し、ヘッドを締め付ける加圧部材に負荷が加えられる。ロック部材は、変形可能部分が変形するように加圧部材に接触し、ロッドと接触してロッドを締め付ける。

Claims (16)
- 多軸骨固定装置であって、
骨に固定されるシャンク(2)とヘッド(3)とを有する骨固定要素(1)と、
シャンクに結合され、枢動可能にヘッドを受けるように構成され、ロッド(6)を受けるためのチャンネル(56)と中心軸(C)とを有する受け部(5)と、
受け部内に配置され、受け部内でヘッドをロックするために圧力を加えるように構成される加圧部材(7,7′)と、
チャンネル内に挿入可能なロック部材(8,8′)とを備え、ロック部材は、上端部(81)と加圧部材に面する下端部(82)とを含み、
加圧部材(7,7′)は、変形可能部分(77,78;76′,107a,107b)を有し、
ロック部材(8,8′)が中心軸(C)の方向でチャンネル内に進むと、まずロック部材(8,8′)が加圧部材(7,7′)に接触し、ヘッド(3)を締め付ける加圧部材に負荷が加えられ、
その後、ロック部材(8,8′)は変形可能部分(77,78;76′,107a,107b)が変形するように加圧部材(7,7′)に接触し、ロック部材はロッドと接触してロッド(6)を締め付ける、多軸骨固定装置。 - 変形可能部分(77,78;76′,107a,107b)は弾性的に変形可能である、請求項1に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 加圧部材(7)は、ロッドを受けるためのチャンネルを含み、チャンネルの少なくとも1つの側壁(77,78;76′)は変形可能部分を含む、請求項1または2に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- チャンネルの側壁(77,78;76′)は、ロッドがチャンネル内に着座した時にロッド(6)の表面の上方を延在し、変形可能部分(77,78;76′,107a,107b)は側壁の各々に形成されるのが好ましい、請求項3に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 変形可能部分(77,78)は、変形可能部分を変形可能とする、中心軸(C)に対して実質的に平行な方向に延在する少なくとも1つのスリット(77a,78a)を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。

- ロック部材(8)は、傾斜した表面部分(88)を含み、加圧部材(7)は、加圧部材の傾斜した表面部分(88)と接触する、対応する傾斜した表面部分(77b,78b)を含み、ロック部材(8)が加圧部材(7)に向けて進んだ時に変形可能部分(77,78)を中心軸から離れる方向に変形させる増大する力を発生させる、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 変形可能部分(76′,107a,107b)は、加圧部材(7′)の一部であり、ロック部材(8′)が押し付けられるとロック部材と加圧部材との間の軸方向の距離が減少するように変形する、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 変形可能部分(77,78;76′,107a,107b)は、加圧部材(7,7′)に一体片として形成される、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- ロック部材(8,8′)は一体成形物である、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- ロック部材(8,8′)は位置決めねじである、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- ロック部材の下端部(82)は、ロッドに接触するロック部材なくして加圧部材(7,7′)に接触する表面部分(78b,108)を含む、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 表面部分(108)はリング形状を有する、請求項12に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 受け部(5)は、上端部(51)および下端部(52)と、上端部から下端部に延在するボア(53)とを含み、ロッドのチャンネルは、実質的にU字の断面を有する上端部に隣接する凹部(56)によって形成される、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 2つの開放脚部(57,58)が凹部(56)によって形成され、内部ねじ切り部 (59)が、ロック部材(9)の上で外部ねじ切り部(93)と協働する脚部に設けられる、請求項14に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 加圧要素(7,7′)は、ボア(53,53a)内に設けられ、加圧要素は、実質的に変形可能部分(77,78;76′,107a)の位置において加圧要素とボアの内壁との間に隙間(79)が設けられるようにボア(53,53a)に対して寸法設定される、請求項14または15に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
