Abstract
【解決手段】システム100は、電気自動車と外部のバッテリパック充電源との間の連結を監視し、中断が検出された際には指定関係者に通知メッセージを送信させる命令を通知システム121に発し、更に一連の通知指示に従って通知メッセージを発する。通知指示は、その中断が是認されたものか否かを決定し、それによっては通知メッセージの伝送を求めないような1つ又はそれ以上の基準を有するかもしれない。バッテリパック充電状態における変化を是認されたものとして受け入れるための基準は、電気自動車に対するユーザー/装置の近接性、バッテリパック目標SOCの達成、及び安全域内の電気自動車の存在、を含む。

Claims (16)
- 電気自動車のバッテリパック充電システムの作動が中断された時、関係者に通知する方法であって、
前記電気自動車と、該電気自動車の外部にあるバッテリパック充電源との間の接続の開始を検出する工程と、
前記バッテリパック充電システムの作動を監視することであって、前記バッテリパック充電システムの作動を監視する工程は、前記電気自動車と前記バッテリパック充電源との前記接続が検出された後に実行されるような、前記監視工程と、
前記関係者に通知メッセージを送るために通知システムに命令を発する工程であって、前記命令を発する工程はシステムコントローラによって実行され、前記命令を発する工程は、前記バッテリパック充電システムの前記作動の中断が検出されたとき、実行される前記工程と、
前記通知メッセージを送る前記命令を受けた上で、前記通知システムに連結されたメモリに格納された一連の通知指示を評価する工程と、
前記通知メッセージを送る前記命令を受けた上で、前記一連の通知指示に従って前記通知メッセージを発信する工程とを備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記バッテリパック充電システムの前記監視工程は、前記電気自動車と前記バッテリパック充電源との間の接続の連続性を監視する工程をさらに備え、前記通知システムに前記命令を発する前記工程は、前記電気自動車と前記バッテリパック充電源との間の前記接続の中断が検出されたとき、前記システムコントローラによって実行されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記中断が是認されたものであるか否かを決定する工程さらに備え、前記中断が是認されたものであるか否かを決定する前記工程は、前記通知メッセージを発信する前記工程に先立って実行され、前記通知メッセージを発信する前記工程は前記中断が是認されたものであるとき実行されないことを特徴とする請求項1乃至2に記載の方法。
- 前記中断が是認されたものであるか否かを決定する前記工程は、是認装置が前記電気自動車の近傍にあるか否かを検出する工程をさらに有し、前記是認装置が前記電気自動車の近傍にあるとき、前記中断が是認されたものであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記中断が是認されたものであるか否かを決定する前記工程は、前記電気自動車に対応した現在位置を決定し、前記現在位置と、前記一連の通知指示内に含まれる少なくとも1つの所定の安全域とを比較し、前記現在位置が前記所定の安全域に対応するとき前記中断を是認する工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記中断が是認されたものであるか否かを決定する前記工程は、更に、電気自動車バッテリパックに対応する現在の充電状態(SOC)レベルを監視し、前記現在のSOCレベルと予め設定された目標SOCレベルとを比較し、前記現在のSOCレベルが前記予め設定された目標SOCレベルを超えているとき前記中断を是認する工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記予め設定された目標SOCレベルは、予め設定された走行距離を達成するために充分なSOCを有する前記電気自動車バッテリパックに基づいて計算されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記中断が是認されたものであるか否かを決定する前記工程は、更に、電気自動車バッテリパックに対応する現在のバッテリパック温度を監視し、前記現在のバッテリパック温度と予め設定された温度範囲を比較し、前記現在のバッテリパック温度が前記予め設定された温度範囲外のとき前記中断を是認する工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記一連の通知指示を受け取って前記一連の通知指示を前記メモリに格納する工程をさらに備え、ユーザーは前記システムコントローラと通信するユーザーインターフェースを介して前記一連の通知指示を入力することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8に記載の方法。
- 前記通知メッセージを送信する前記工程は更に、無線RF通信システムを介して前記通知メッセージを送信する工程をさらに備え、前記無線RF通信システムはセル方式の無線システムと衛星を利用した無線システムとからなるグループから選択され、前記通知メッセージを送信する前記工程は、テキストメッセージ又はeメールメッセージ又は予め録音されている口頭メッセージを送信する工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9に記載の方法。
- 前記通知メッセージを送信する前記工程は、ウエブページ上に前記通知メッセージをポスティングする工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9に記載の方法。
- 前記通知メッセージを送信する前記工程は、第三者の通知システムに前記通知メッセージを送信する工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9に記載の方法。
- 前記通知メッセージを送信する前記工程は、前記電気自動車に搭載された警報システムを作動させる工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9に記載の方法。
- 電気自動車と共に使用するための通知システムであって、
電源に連結可能な電気自動車充電システムであって、前記電源は前記電気自動車の外側に位置して前記電気自動車内に搭載されたバッテリパックに充電電力を供給し、前記バッテリパックは少なくとも1つの駆動系モータに電力を供給する、前記電気自動車充電システムと、
前記電気自動車内に搭載されかつバッテリパック充電状態を監視するために構成された電源モニタであって、前記電源が前記電気自動車充電システムに連結された時を検出する前記モニタと、
前記電源モニタに接続され、前記電源が前記電気自動車充電システムに連結された際に、前記電源モニタから第1状態信号を受け、前記電気自動車充電システム電源の作動において中断が検出された際に、前記電源モニタから第2状態信号を受けるように構成されたシステムコントローラであって、前記システムコントローラは、前記第1状態信号を受信した後に前記第2状態信号を受信することにより明らかとなる前記バッテリパック充電状態の変化を検出することで通知命令を発し、また、一連の通知指示に従って前記通知命令を発するように構成される前記システムコントローラと、
前記システムコントローラに接続され、前記一連の通知指示を格納するメモリと、
前記システムコントローラに接続され、前記システムコントローラによって発せられた前記通知命令を受けることで前記電気自動車の外部に位置する関係者に対し通知メッセージを送信するように構成された通知システムとを備えることを特徴とする通知システム。 - 前記一連の通知指示は、前記バッテリパックの充電状態の変化を、是認されたものとして受け取るため、少なくとも1つの基準を備え、前記システムコントローラは、前記バッテリパック充電状態の変化が是認されるとき、通知命令を発しないよう構成されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の通知システム。
- 前記バッテリパックの充電状態の変化を、是認されたものとして受けとるための前記基準は、前記電気自動車に対するユーザーの近接性、バッテリパック目標充電状態の達成、及び予め定義された安全域内の前記電気自動車の存在、の内の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の通知システム。
