Abstract
【解決手段】相手端子と電気的に接続される接触部3と、この接触部3と一体に設けられ被覆電線5の導体部7から被覆部9までを覆うように加締められ被覆電線5に電気的に接続されて固定される加締め部11とを備えた電気接続端子1において、加締め部11は、被覆電線5の導体部7に密着して加締められる導体加締め部13と、被覆電線5の被覆部9に密着して加締められる被覆加締め部15と、被覆電線5の被覆部9と導体部7との境界部17近傍に密着して加締められる境界加締め部19とを有し、境界加締め部19の被覆電線5を加締めた状態の圧縮率を被覆加締め部15の圧縮率より高く設定した。

Claims (4)
- 相手端子と電気的に接続される接触部と、この接触部と一体に設けられ被覆電線の導体部から被覆部までを覆うように加締められ前記被覆電線に電気的に接続されて固定される加締め部とを備えた電気接続端子であって、
前記加締め部は、前記被覆電線の導体部に密着して加締められる導体加締め部と、前記被覆電線の被覆部に密着して加締められる被覆加締め部と、前記被覆電線の被覆部と導体部との境界部近傍に密着して加締められる境界加締め部とを有し、
前記境界加締め部は、前記被覆電線を加締めた状態の圧縮率が前記被覆加締め部の圧縮率より高く設定されていることを特徴とする電気接続端子。 - 請求項1記載の電気接続端子であって、
前記加締め部は、前記被覆電線の被覆部を加締めた部分の長手方向の長さが前記導体加締め部の長さより長く形成されていることを特徴とする電気接続端子。 - 請求項1又は2記載の電気接続端子であって、
前記加締め部は、前記被覆加締め部の端部に前記導体部側に向けて下り傾斜となるテーパ部が設けられていることを特徴とする電気接続端子。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の電気接続端子であって、
前記加締め部の導体加締め部の端部には、前記加締め部内を封止する封止部材が設けられていることを特徴とする電気接続端子。
