Abstract
【解決手段】商用電力を直流電力に変換する電力変換機器11,81,3,4,5,7,9を実装した充電装置1Aであって、水平断面がコ字状に形成され、その両面のうちコ字状断面で囲まれた一面に、前記電力変換機器のうち発熱を伴う機器3,4,5を少なくとも実装するコアフレーム14と、前記コアフレームを覆うように当該コアフレームに装着されるアウタハウジング15a,15bと、前記コアフレームの前記コ字状断面で囲まれた領域Aに冷却空気を供給するファン16と、を備える。

Description
最初に本発明の一実施の形態を適用した充電システムの概要について図1を参照して説明する。本例の充電システム1は、電気自動車やハイブリッド自動車に搭載された二次電池6を充電する場合に適用されるものであって、三相交流電源2から供給される三相交流電力を電力変換回路3により単相交流電力に直接変換し、これをトランス4により適宜の電圧に昇圧又は降圧させたのち、整流器5により直流電力に変換して二次電池6を充電するシステムである。なお、7は平滑回路、11は三相交流電源2を入切する電源ブレーカ、12は充電ガンである。
次に、図2の電源ブレーカ11から充電ガン12までの機器を含む充電装置1Aの配置構成について、図3〜図12を参照して説明する。なお、図1,2と同じ部品には同一の符号を付すことで互いの対応関係を示すものとする。
1)本例では、充電装置1Aの筐体13を、底部のベースプレート141が設置箇所に固定されるとともに電力変換機器が実装されるコアフレーム本体142と、当該コアフレーム本体142を両面から挟み込むように着脱可能に装着されるアウタハウジング15a,15bとから構成したので、第1アウタハウジング15aをコアフレーム本体142から取り外すことで、図11Aに示すように、空間Bに実装したフィルタリアクトル81、マトリックスコンバータ制御回路9又は平滑回路7を保守点検することができる。また、第2アウタハウジング15bをコアフレーム本体142から取り外せば、図11Bに示すように、空間Aに実装した電源ブレーカ11、電力変換回路3、整流器5又はトランス4を保守点検することができる。このように、本例の充電装置1Aは保守作業性に優れていると同時に、アウタハウジング15のデザイン性の自由度が向上し、さらに充電装置自体をコンパクトにできる。

Claims (1)
- 商用電力を直流電力に変換する電力変換機器を実装した充電装置であって、
水平断面がコ字状に形成され、その両面のうちコ字状断面で囲まれた一面に、前記電力変換機器のうち発熱を伴う機器を少なくとも実装するコアフレームと、
前記コアフレームを覆うように当該コアフレームに装着されるアウタハウジングと、
前記コアフレームの前記コ字状断面で囲まれた領域に冷却空気を供給するファンと、を備える充電装置。
