Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1つの可変流速ポンプ(2、3)を用いて循環されるクーラントを用いるエンジン組立体(5)を冷却することのできる冷却回路を含み、各ポンプ(2、3)の流速が制御システム(9)によって制御される電気式自動車のための冷却装置(1)であって、制御システム(9)が、クーラントの温度および設定温度によって閉ループ制御システムで各ポンプ(2、3)の流速をサーボ制御できることを特徴とする、冷却装置。
- 前記設定温度が車両の外部温度および車両の速度によって予め定められることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記自動車が電気自動車であり、前記エンジン組立体(5)が電気駆動システム(12)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記電気自動車がバッテリー充電組立体(4)を含み、前記冷却回路が前記充電組立体(4)および前記エンジン組立体(5)を冷却することのできることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置(1)。
- エンジン組立体(5)にクーラントを選択的に供給することのできる第1ポンプ(2)、および前記充電器組立体(4)にクーラントを選択的に供給することのできる第2ポンプ(3)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記充電組立体(4)中のクーラントの流れを防止することのできる第1バルブ(7)、および前記エンジン組立体(5)中のクーラントの流れを防止することのできる第2バルブ(8)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記エンジン組立体(5)中のクーラントの最小流速を維持するための液圧制限(10)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記閉ループ制御システムが比例積分式補正器を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記補正器が最小値と最大値の間の補正を制限することのできる飽和ブロックを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
