実施例1、2及び比較例3
実施例4のフォーム(E4)は、低レベルでの反応性触媒を有するポリオールA及びポリオールBとの組み合わせに基づく。比較例5のフォーム(CE5)は、本発明の一部ではなく、VORANOL CP 4711及び反応性触媒に基づく。両方のフォームは、同様の反応性を示し、良好なフォーム物理的特性を示す。

- 前記少なくとも1つの有機ポリイソシアネートが、過剰のポリイソシアネートと、前記少なくとも1つのHPPOポリエーテルポリオール及び前記少なくとも1つの自己触媒ポリオールの少なくとも1つとの反応生成物であるポリイソシアネートを含む、請求項2から11のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン生成物又は方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリオールブレンドが、前記少なくとも1つの自己触媒ポリオール及び前記少なくとも1つのHPPOポリエーテルポリオールの過剰の少なくとも1つと、ポリイソシアネートとの反応生成物であるポリオールを含む、請求項2から12のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン生成物又は方法。
- 前記ポリウレタン生成物が、前記VDA278試験方法によって測定される場合に、100万部あたり100部未満(ppm)の総VOC放出を有する、請求項2から13のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン生成物又は方法。
- 前記ポリウレタン生成物が、前記VDA278試験方法によって測定される場合に、85部ppm未満の総VOC放出を有する、請求項2から13のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン生成物又は方法。
- 前記ポリウレタン生成物が、VDA278試験方法によって測定される場合に、70部ppm未満の総VOC放出を有する、請求項2から13のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン生成物又は方法。
- ポリウレタン生成物が、VDA278試験方法によって測定される場合に、10部ppm未満の総アミンVOC放出を有する、請求項2から13のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン生成物又は方法。
