Claims (6)
- a)ポリイソシアネートに
b)少なくとも2つの反応性水素原子を持つ少なくとも1つの比較的高分子量の化合物、
c)超分岐ポリエーテル、
d)必要に応じて低分子量の連鎖延長剤及び/又は架橋剤、
e)触媒、
f)発泡剤及び
g)必要に応じて他の添加物
を、混合することにより得られる軟質ポリウレタンフォームであって、
前記超分岐ポリエーテルc)は、3価及び多価アルコール及び、必要に応じて2価のアルコールの縮合生成物であり、全てのモノマーが最初に装填され、反応がバック混合反応炉で行われることを特徴とする軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。 - 前記成分b)は、ポリマー変性ポリオールを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 前記ポリマー変性ポリオールは、該ポリマー変性ポリオールの総質量を基準として、5から60質量%の含有量の熱可塑性ポリマーを持つグラフトポリエーテルオール又はグラフトポリエステルオールであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 前記成分b)は、該成分b)の総質量を基準として、前記ポリマー変性ポリオールを5質量%を超過して含むことを特徴とする請求項2又は3の何れか1項に記載の軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 前記成分(a)、(b)、(c)、必要に応じて(d)及び(f)は、前記成分(b)、(c)、必要に応じて(d)及び(f)の反応性水素原子の総和に対してNCO基の等量比が0.7−1.25:1の量で反応させることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。
- a)ポリイソシアネートに

c)超分岐ポリエーテル、
d)必要に応じて低分子量の連鎖延長剤及び/又は架橋剤、
