Abstract
Description
クラッチ停止部材は、クラッチ部材に対して可動であってよい。クラッチ停止部材は、特に、駆動機構から、取り除き可能であってよい。クラッチ停止部材は、クラッチ部材を送達位置に、保つように、好ましくは、保持するように、配置されてもよい。クラッチ停止部材は、クラッチ部材のリセット位置方向への運動を防止するために供されてもよい。クラッチ停止部材は、クラッチ弾性部材によって及ぼされる、クラッチ部材をリセット位置に動かす傾向にある力に対抗するように配置されてもよい。クラッチ停止部材は、ハウジングに対して、好ましくは、解除出来るように固定される。クラッチ停止部材が、クラッチ部材から取り除かれる、例えば、ハウジングから取り外されるならば、クラッチ停止部材が取り除かれた後、クラッチ部材はリセット位置に動くことが出来る。このようにして、クラッチ停止部材は、クラッチ部材のリセット位置方向への運動を防止することによって、駆動機構を送達状態に保ち得る。クラッチ停止部材が、クラッチ部材から取り除かれるならば、クラッチ部材はリセット状態に動かされ得て、この運動により、駆動機構はリセット状態に置かれる。
ハウジングに対して、第2の方向への、回転部材の回転は、例えば、回転部材と駆動部材との機械的協働によって、ハウジングに対して第2の方向への駆動部材の回転に変換されてよい。
このように、カートリッジ、又は、カートリッジ保持部材は、クラッチ弾性部材によって及ぼされた力のために、クラッチ部材がリセット位置に動くのを防止し得る。カートリッジ保持部材、又は、カートリッジが、ハウジングから取り外されるなら、クラッチ部材は、リセット位置に自動的に動くであろう。

Claims (17)
- 薬剤送達デバイス(1)のためのリセット可能な駆動機構であって、
‐近位端、及び遠位端を有するハウジング(13,17,40);
‐薬剤の用量を送達するため、ハウジングに対して第2の方向に回転可能な、駆動部材(20);
‐駆動部材が第2の方向に回転するとき、駆動部材によってハウジングに対して遠位方向に駆動するように適合されるピストン・ロッド(12);
‐停止部材が駆動部材と係合するとき、ハウジングに対して第2の方向と反対方向の第1の方向への駆動部材の回転を防止するように、適合される停止部材(26);
‐送達位置(D)とリセット位置(R)との間で、ハウジングに対して可動であるクラッチ部材(58)を含み、ここで
‐クラッチ部材が送達位置にあるとき、停止部材と駆動部材が係合され、駆動部材のハウジングに対する第1の方向への回転が防止され、
‐クラッチ部材がリセット位置にあるとき、駆動部材と停止部材が係合解除され、駆動部材がハウジングに対して第1の方向に回転可能であり、そしてピストン・ロッドがハウジングに対して、近位方向に可動である、
薬剤送達デバイス(1)のためのリセット可能な駆動機構。 - 駆動部材(20)が、ピストン・ロッド(12)と係合する、
請求項1に記載の駆動機構。 - 駆動機構は、クラッチ部材が送達位置(D)に向って動くとき、又は送達位置にあるとき、クラッチ部材をリセット位置(R)に動かす傾向にある力を、クラッチ部材(58)に及ぼすように配置されているクラッチ弾性部材(60)を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の駆動機構。
- 駆動機構は、力に対抗するように配置され、それによりクラッチ部材(58)がリセット位置(R)に動くのを防止する取り外し可能なクラッチ停止部材(63)を含む、請求項3に記載の駆動機構。
- 駆動機構は、駆動部材と停止部材の係合を維持する傾向にある力を、駆動部材(20)と停止部材(26)の1つ又は双方に及ぼす、弾性部材(31)を含む、請求項1〜4項のいずれかに記載の駆動機構。
- クラッチ弾性部材(60)が、バネ部材のばね力より大きい、ばね力を有する、クラッチ・バネ部材であり、弾性部材(31)がバネ部材である、
請求項3及び5、又はこれらの請求項の双方に従属するいずれかの請求項に記載の駆動機構。 - クラッチ部材が送達位置(D)にあるとき、一方向性摩擦クラッチ機構を形成するように、駆動部材(20)と停止部材(26)が係合し、
該機構が、停止部材に対する及びハウジングに対する第1の方向への駆動部材の回転運動を防止するように構成される、
請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の駆動機構。 - 停止部材(26)が、ハウジング(13,17,40)に対して回転運動に抗して固定され、停止部材がハウジングに対して移動可能である、
請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の駆動機構。 - 停止部材(26)が、リセット位置(R)に向うクラッチ部材(58)の運動に従うように配置され、それにより駆動部材(20)から係合解除される、
請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の駆動機構。 - クラッチ部材(58)は、それがリセット位置(R)に向って動くとき、停止部材(26)に隣接するように配置される、
請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の駆動機構。 - 駆動機構は、薬剤の用量のセッティング中、ハウジング(13,17,40)に対して第1の方向に回転し、用量の送達中、ハウジングに対して第2の方向に回転するように適合される回転部材(21)を含み、ここでクラッチ部材(58)が送達位置(D)にあるとき、回転部材と駆動部材(20)が、一方向性摩擦クラッチ機構を形成するように係合し、該機構は、回転部材が第2の方向に回転するとき、回転部材と駆動部材との間の相対的回転運動を防止するように構成される、

請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の駆動機構。 - 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載のリセット可能な駆動機構、及び薬剤(5)を保持するための、ハウジング(13,17,40)に取り外し可能に取り付けられた、カートリッジ(4)を含む、薬剤送達デバイス(1)。
- カートリッジ(4)、又はカートリッジ保持部材(11)がクラッチ停止部材(63)である、
請求項4、又はその請求項に従属するいずれかの請求項に記載の駆動機構を有する、請求項15に記載のデバイス。 - デバイス(1)がペン型デバイスである、
請求項15又は16に記載のデバイス。
