Claims (33)
- 装置であって、
遠位端部及び近位端部を備える少なくとも2つの細長い部材と、
該少なくとも2つの細長い部材の近位端部間において配置される第1の可撓性要素と、
該第1の可撓性要素に近接する前記細長い部材のうち少なくとも1つの前記近位端部の周囲に取り付けられる鍔部を備える少なくとも1つの追加的な可撓性要素と、
前記第1の可撓性部材及び前記少なくとも1つの追加的な可撓性要素が包含されるよう前記少なくとも2つの細長い部材の前記近位端部を封入する第1及び第2の端部を備える筐体と、
を有し、
前記鍔部は、前記筐体の前記端部における開口を通して突出する、
装置。 - 前記少なくとも2つの細長い部材の前記近位端部は、前記遠位端部より大きい、
請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記第1の可撓性要素は、可撓性ポリマから構成される、

前記細長い部材の各々の前記拡大領域間において配置される第1の可撓性要素と、
前記拡大領域に近接する前記細長い部材の各々の前記近位端部の周囲において取り付けられる、第1及び第2の追加的な可撓性要素と、
前記第1の可撓性要素、前記拡大領域、及び前記追加的な可撓性要素を封入する筐体と、
を有し、
前記第1の可撓性要素及び前記追加的な可撓性要素は、前記脊椎の運動を補足する方向において前記細長い部材の運動を可能にするよう前記拡大領域及び前記筐体に相互に作用する、
装置。 - 前記第1の可撓性要素は更に、前記拡大領域の前記内面における凹部に対応する突出部を有する、

前記第1の方向は、前記第1及び第2の部材が概して位置合わせされる長手方向にあり、前記第2の方向は、該長手方向に対して略垂直である横方向にあり、第3の方向は、前記長手方向の周囲における回転方向である、
装置。 - 椎骨安定化装置であって、
遠位端部及び近位端部を各々備える少なくとも第1及び第2の細長い部材と、
該少なくとも2つの細長い部材の前記近位端部間において配置される第1の可撓性要素と、
該第1の可撓性要素に近接する少なくとも前記第1の細長い部材の前記近位端部の周囲に取り付けられる鍔部を備える少なくとも1つの追加的な可撓性要素と、
前記第1の可撓性部材及び前記少なくとも1つの追加的な可撓性要素が包含されるよう、第1及び第2の端部を備えかつ前記細長い部材の前記近位端部を封入する筐体と、
を有し、
前記第1の可撓性要素は、前記細長い部材の少なくとも1つが他の細長い部材に向かって動く結果として圧縮され、
前記追加的な可撓性要素は、前記第2の細長い部材から離れるよう動く前記第1の細長い部材の結果として圧縮され、
前記第1の細長い部材は、前記筐体端部の1つにおける開口を通って延在し、前記鍔部の少なくとも一部は、前記第1の細長い部材と前記筐体との間における開口に配置され、
前記鍔部は、前記第1の細長い部材が前記第2の細長い部材に対して横方向に動くときに圧縮される、
