Abstract
【解決手段】 弾性部材からなるシール本体2の天面に保護フィルム3を積層成形する際、天面に設けた凹部4によって保護フィルム3が比較的大きく延びるようにし、この凹部4の底に針の刺通部を設けることで、刺通部における保護フィルム3の膜厚を局所的に薄く形成する。

Claims (5)
- 内容液が薬剤収容部に充填されるプレフィルドシリンジ用の弾性シール体であって、前記薬剤収容部を密封するとともに使用時に針が貫通して刺し通される刺通部を有するものにおいて、
弾性部材からなるシール本体と、該本体の少なくとも前記薬剤収容部に対向する表面に積層成形された保護フィルムとを備えているとともに、前記刺通部における前記保護フィルムの膜厚がその周囲に比して局所的に薄く形成されていることを特徴とするプレフィルドシリンジ用弾性シール体。 - 内容液が薬剤収容部に充填されるプレフィルドシリンジ用の弾性シール体であって、前記薬剤収容部を密封するとともに使用時に針が貫通して刺し通される刺通部を有するものにおいて、
弾性部材からなるシール本体と、該本体の少なくとも前記薬剤収容部に対向する表面に積層成形された保護フィルムとを備えているとともに、前記表面には前記フィルムの積層成形時に該フィルムが比較的大きく延びるようにするための凹部が設けられており、該凹部の底に前記刺通部が設けられており、前記凹部表面に密着させるように保護フィルムを展伸させることにより前記刺通部における前記保護フィルムの膜厚がその周囲に比して局所的に薄く形成されていることを特徴とするプレフィルドシリンジ用弾性シール体。 - 前記シール本体の前記薬剤収容部に対向する表面は、シリンジの底面形状に略対応する形状とされ、該表面の中央部に前記凹部が形成され、該凹部内に、前記刺通部に刺し通された針の先端部が収まるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプレフィルドシリンジ用弾性シール体。
- 内容液はタンパク製剤であり、保護フィルムはタンパクの吸着を防止するためのフッ素樹脂製若しくは超高分子量ポリエチレン製のフィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1,2又は3に記載のプレフィルドシリンジ用弾性シール体。
- 刺通部における保護フィルムとシール本体との表面密着力が、針を刺し通す際に刺通部における保護フィルムに作用するシール本体から離反させようとする外力よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のプレフィルドシリンジ用弾性シール体。
